"Huh... self scope. Those are rare."
"Pfft."
Justice looked over at the now giggling girl that had stepped from between the trees.
"What the hell...? You're less mature looking than I had expected."
Justice stared at the girl that reached her chin at full height, her puffy hair almost like wires in all directions. While electric blue, it seemed to be more than just a color. The girl wiped her eyes, giving off a wide smile. Her face was segmented, almost mechanical. Even her golden eyes seemed to be scanning, though they still showed signs of life.
"Ah... didn't count as my kill, it was a suicide. Any idea why she was after you?"
Justice began to back away a little.
"Erm... there was a bounty, though I didn't do anything illegal. I swear!"
She waved her arms in front of herself, though the girl had fired twice more. Once behind Justice, the other next to herself. Justice stumbled, falling through a tree and landing beside the girl.
"Welcome back, cutie. Don't worry about me killing you, unless you actually piss me off! Sound good?"
Justice could only nod as the girl reached out, pulling her to her feet. Her skin was cold, but left behind the impression of warmth. Justice was confused, so she began to stare.
"Never seen an automaton before? We are rare, specially since it's required to get a race change for it, but we aren't that scarce. Human and Fighter... yeah mainstream. Eww. Lucky you're pretty, but you could be a guy."
Unable to get a word in edgewise, Justice began to ignore the girl. She walked off, deciding to hunt some more since she didn't feel like warping back beside her.
"Ah! Hey! That's rude! Do you know who I am?! Nobody would walk away from me!"
Justice glanced back, but she continued to chop down the wolves that were nearby.
'They have a decently wide range to spawn... huh these are Forest Wolves. Nevermind.'
Justice felt a piece of metal pressed against her back as well as a hand at the back of her neck. She shrugged it off, looking back down at the automaton.
"Could you not threaten me? You've already triggered my trait."
The girl put her strange gun away, then scratched her head. She was pouting a little, though she hid it behind her puffy hair.
"You didn't even say thanks..."
She spoke quietly, but Justice reached out and rubbed her head.
"Sorry. Thanks for stopping Red. It was rude to not say anything, but you were... kinda not stopping."
She looked out from her hair, her cheeks tinted blue similar to a blush. Justice reached out and touched it, making the blue spread wildly.
"H-hey! Who the heck touches a girls face so nonchalantly?!"
Justice pulled her hand back and stared at her fingers.
"Expected it to come off. Is that how your race blushes? It's adorable."
Justice suddenly had the gun placed against her jaw, moving on instinct she fell backwards and kicked the girls hand as hard as she could. The gun was sent into the air, but instead of going for it, Justice made a mad dash. She barreled between the trees, cursing her choices of touching the girl.
'Why did I do that?! She's obviously able to destroy me! WAH?! SHE'S ALREADY HERE?!'
Justice dipped behind a tree, watching the automaton dash passed her. She gave out a sigh of relief until she saw a fist flying through the trees. It was robotic, extending far off ahead of her. The fist slammed into the tree she was just next to.
"Holy... I'm so dead."
The girl came flying, retracting herself towards her fist. The gun was already aimed at Justice, but she didn't fire. Justice didn't even try to move, the sunlight flashing behind the girl lighting her up in a magical way. The automaton nearly crashed, but Justice stepped into the path. They both crashed against the tree, knocking off most of Justice's health as she collapsed with the other girl in her arms.
"That would have hurt more in real life. Hehe... you okay?"
The automaton was blushing again, but she just sat back and nodded before she opened her mouth.
"I shouldn't have attacked you. That was... influenced by a friend. I'm sorry."
She bowed to Justice, just in time for wolf to appear beside them and chomp down on her. As she began to fade, the automaton crushed the wolf and spoke again.
"When you make it to the town passed the forest, ask for Symphony! I'll be your personal escort!"
She gave a playful smile as well as a quick pat on Justice's head as she finally faded.
"Damn. Been a while since someone actually made me feel safe that close... but she's such a low level, for now. Heh."
Symphony began to leave the forest, cracking her wrist and reattaching a couple of wires. It healed itself quickly, though the tips of her fingers tore open as she fired countless shots off at the wolves in the area.
"Don't interrupt me talking to pretty girls! Hard enough in real life."
She then vanished, her body fading out similar to a teleportation.

"Umm... because I protected her? Really? The hell does it do?"
[The Ladies Knight--You may nullify up to 40% of your health in damage to any female within a five meter radius. Defense Power increases by 10% for every female in the same range.]
"I'm immortal in a brothel. Gotcha."
Justice rubbed her head, the feeling of Symphony's hand lingering.
"So she was an Admin..."
Her eyes popped up as a new message appeared.
[Does Admin have a request?]
"Is the A.I. really talking to me?"
[Only in here. Do you have a request?]
"What kind of request would you expect from me?"
Justice waited a bit, but nothing happened. She tilted her head, then finally asked.
"Since I'm so far behind, can I get some help getting stronger? God, am I really asking an A.I. to help me get stronger? That's cheating-"
[You have been given the trait: Chosen
Chosen--No description.]
"The hell did you just do?!"
The area began to fade, Justice's eyes opening inside of the entrance of a town. Nearby, the forest was spread wide.
