Caymen Islands.
"I shouldn't have agreed to do this."
Hank and Alex were outside the main branch of the Trident bank. They were both in disguise, and one of them was extremely nervous.
"Relax. We are just here to open an account."
Dressed in a navy blue suit, an expensive cane, golden rimmed glasses. Hank was well dressed to look like a pretentious millionaire.
Alex was wearing a rose-colored three-piece. He was looking just as pretentious as Hank, only for a smaller size.
"Remind me why you didn't ask Lucius for this?"
"He was busy. And this mission is being done independently from the collective."
"Right."
Alex was enjoying this. This was probably the first time Hank had been so unnerved by something.
He pressed a pin on his jacket and said,
"Steven, Jane, do you copy?"
"Yes."
"3...2...1...begin."
Jane infiltrated the building from a different spot. She aimed to get to the data servers.
Hank and Alex walked into the building from the main door. They were greeted by some security guards, who examined them for weapons. After that process was over, they walked towards the receptionist.
"Good evening, sir. How may I help you?"
Hank placed his arm casually on the desk and asked,
"I am here to make a bank account."
All the guards were staring at him constantly. It looked like they weren't even blinking.
The receptionist responded with,
"Name?"
"Hank Grey."
She searched the database for any pre-registrations with that name.
"Hank Grey. You specified your business as a weapons dealer, correct?"
"Y-yes."
He slipped up a bit, but the receptionist didn't pay much attention.
She went through his application. It wasn't fake. She further examined his bank accounts, which signified that he was a tycoon.
Of course, this was Steven feeding her lies.
"Mr. Hank, how much do you intend to deposit?"
Hank took a deep breath in.
"1 billion dollars."
The receptionist slipped from her chair. She stood up awkwardly and asked,
"Did I hear that correctly?"
This was the biggest bank deposit in their history.
"Please wait a moment."
Alex looked at Hank. He was a bit calmer.
A few minutes later, a tall man arrived. He went straight towards Hank and said,
"Mr. Hank, a pleasure to meet you."
He put his right arm forward.
"Pleased to meet you too, Mr..."
"Noah Kross."
They both shook hands, and Noah said,
"We can continue this conversation in my office."
"Sure."
Hank and Alex followed Noah back to his office. The building was huge, and his office was in a corner. 4 bodyguards escorted them to the place.
Alex put his hands inside his pocket.
When they entered the room, Alex looked at the last guard. As soon as he closed the door, he took out the plastic needles inside his pocket and threw them.
He tapped the pin on his jacket once. The cameras were off.
Noah took his seat. A second later, all of his guards were on the floor.
Before he could react, Alex had a needle placed on his neck.
"Take your hands off that button."
Noah did what Alex asked him to.
"If I asked you, would you tell me what happened to Jack Nolan's money?"
"He came here and transferred it to another bank."
He answered almost immediately.
"Do you have the records?"
"Yes."
"Are you sure it was him?"
"His fingerprint matched. And he looked and sounded the same. The signature was a one-on-one match."
"We have the recordings and the information."
Jane and Steven had completed their tasks.
"Hank, look away."
"I told you everything. Please, let me go."
"I was asked to cooperate with you. Tell me, what would happen if I let you live?"
"Nothing!"
He pierced the needle into his blood. His organs started to collapse, and his heart stopped.
"Steven, do you have the data?"
"Yes."
"Jane, come on over and take Hank outside."
Alex left the office. There were still over 70 guards that were on the premises.
"Was killing them necessary?"
Steven said.
"I only killed Noah. He was a client to the collective, and he could have hired someone to kill Jack in the future."
"How does that affect you?"
"I don't want my client dying before I complete my mission."
He was unsure of the time it would take to find the money and the culprit, so he couldn't have any loose ends.
He sneaked behind the receptionist's desk and smacked her on the neck. She fell unconscious. The guards were alerted, but Alex had needles to spare. One by one, all 70 of them were knocked unconscious. They were well built, but their battle instincts were extremely low.
After he was done, he walked out of the building. Jane and Hank followed shortly after. They got into their car and headed straight for the airport.
"Steven, did you find out where the money is?"
"In Switzerland, transferred to the account of a woman named Janis Brummer."
"I won't have to follow you to Switzerland now, right?"
"You have done enough. Jane, let the old man take a plane back to America."
Steven took some money out of the Trident bank and booked a ticket for Hank. He made sure that it couldn't be traced back to them.
Their next stop was Switzerland.
