One hundred years have passed since the attack at Pearl Harbor, and the history of that terrible day has faded away into distant memory, but not for the descendants of James & Elizabeth, Joseph & Joanne, and Danny & Rose. The memory of that day is alive for them. Each generational descendant has been taught of the greatest generation, their grandparents generation.
Today is December 7th 2041, the 100 year anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack, and the day when the descendants of James & Elizabeth, Joseph & Joanne, and Danny & Rose open the time capsule. 100 years have passed since America's entry into World War Two, and 100 years have passed since their grandfather's went off to war. All the memories of the generation they lived in is buried in the time capsule ready to be opened and shared with their family.
Today the eldest descendants have gathered at Golden Gate Park to unburied the time capsule. Benjamin Hartley Mason, Allison Pierson, and Kaitlyn Shea Sullivan have gathered at the burial site. They all come carrying a photo of their grandparents.
Benjamin, Allison, and Kaitlyn all say a few words, and then they begin to unburied the time capsule. 15 minutes later the time capsule is unburied. Benjamin, Allison, and Kaitlyn pick up the time capsule from its burial spot, and lay it on firm ground. They stare at the tome capsule, and reminisce back to when their grandparents first buried the time capsule.
The families of Benjamin, Allison, and Kaitlyn are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the time capsule. Each one of the kids share Stories about the time capsule and what could be inside. The stories the kids share about the time capsule amaze everyone.
Benjamin, Allison, and Kaitlyn finally arrive back at the home of Benjamin. The kids rush up to Benjamin, Allison and Kaitlyn wanting to see the time capsule. Benjamin stopped them. He told the kids to go back to the living room. The kids did as they were told. Benjamin, Allison, and Kaitlyn brought the time capsule to the living room. They placed the time capsule in front of the fire place.
Benjamin, Allison, and Kaitlyn stand on front of the time capsule. They ask their families to stand with them. Benjamin asks everyone to say a prayer for their grandparents. Once the prayer is over Benjamin, Allison, and Kaitlyn begin to open the time capsule.
The time capsule is finally opened. Benjamin reaches inside, and takes out a letter written by their grandparents date September 22nd 1945. Benjamin reads the letter.
