Bryan's Analysis

Bryan rubbed his still swollen nose and took the reports that had been handed to him by the chief this morning. It was about the tenth murder in the city.

It consisted of an autopsy report, a background check and also some other information gotten from the scene of the crime.

He started with the autopsy result. The victim had traces of halothane vapour in their system which had induced an anaesthetic effect. This was so for all the previous victims and nothing was wrong with the medical report.

A double incision to the neck which suggests that the victim had put up a struggle which prevented the killer from slicing her throat in one fluid move. The carotid arteries were severed but according to the report, it was done by two slice wounds.
