Bryan scratched his head a bit and leaned into his chair with a perplexed expression on his face. He sighed and picked up the next report which was about the background of the victim. This was to check whether there were any similarities between the past victims.

This could help in finding the killer's pattern of locating his targets but unfortunately none of the victims had anything in common except for being alive that is.

He read the report with full interest nonetheless. The police will contact Lucy's family and hopefully they will be more cooperative than Kevin Lucas' family. Another problem to be noted here was that during Cherie Matt's murder, the killer had stalked her for only two days and then he delayed his attack.

This also didn't follow the pattern of 'the exorcist' at all.

Bryan put away the report and sighed deeply. Every murder case that popped up left him more puzzled than the previous one and it was taking a toll on him.
