Synopsis

With the wake of a serial killer that seems untraceable, Bryan Derrick—a detective with a high success rate—is sent to help out in the case but things quickly spiral as he is entangled in many life threatening events as he tries to uncover the secret of the 'smiling psychopath'.

He soon discovers a plot in this new city and discovers that it is made by his arch enemy. he soon realises that his past has followed him to this new city.

 He makes new friends and helps then solve their problems by investigating for them and also goes on a journey to accept his dark past but one thing eludes him: the mystery of the serial killer!

The Tenth Victim

The next morning the media and news stations didn't know which news to focus more on. They had to circle around the serial murder case, the scandal of Mr Lee—the CEO of Lee Corporation, the murder of Paulo Ernest and the deaths of the notorious criminals—Logan Zurich and Malcolm.

The whole city was in an uproar when the news came out and Wakeville gave a statement about what really went down during the shootout.

These big headlines sparked a lot of conversation. The news that made the most waves aside from the exorcist case was the involvement of Mr Lee in illegal transactions.

Investors pulled out as fast as one could count from one to five. It was a really bad situation for the company and the share prices dropped to a dreadful point.
