Funeral

The sun peeked out behind the clouds, the wind blew softly, the weather was a bit cool but nothing compared to the usual cold weather of Haston city. Everywhere was calm and serene.

The birds joined together to offer up their song, specially composed for the occasion, and the green grasses swayed beneath the feet of all those who walked on it under the influence of the soft wind.

This was the scene in the Final Rest cemetery as people, all dressed in black, gathered together to mourn the departed—Jason Tom.

Most of the officers in the police headquarters were here including the chief. The rest were unfamiliar people that were family to Jason.

Bryan had asked Bernadette after discovering that these people were going to take care of the funeral of Jason, "are these really Jason's family? He never talks about them."

She nodded, "I guess so. They are distant relatives who came over."
