"I want the shop to open my own bakery, Uncle Sam. The area though not a market would still have enough children and other families to buy cakes, loaves of bread, and other bakery items to let the shop run smoothly," he explained and uncle Sam nodded.

"Alright, what price are you both going to offer?" asked uncle Sam coming straight to the point. It didn't matter much to him what they did at the shop if he paid him handsomely.

Jason looked at Alex as if asking him to speak first. Alex clenched his fists, he was hoping to get the shop at the discount rate, since it was closed for a long time and was not in a good condition. He had thought that he would slowly renovate it as he would start earning profit.

The shop was to be his cheap starting point, but now that he had to compete for it, he was not sure, if he would still get the discount,
