Chapter 2: Eternal Flame from Heaven

The blazing fire from heaven can consume anything. It serves as a weapon at will, and it is very flexible in combat.

It has 12 colors, which vary its uniqueness and identity. The shades differ according to the mood and emotions of the owner and follow the person's cultivating status.

The colors are also the reason why it is identified by hues.

There are 12 hues: Maroon, Crimson, Tangerine, Amber, Ochre, Silver, Emerald, Sapphire, Cyan, Indigo, Amethyst, and Midnight.

The live broadcast of the Radar Empire was aired all over the world. Some were amazed, some were overwhelmed, in awe of what the heavens could do, but some were envious and grew in rage.

"A lofty way to brag about their strength," said a higher general, sneering while the whole assembly continued to assess the broadcast.

"That's why they intimidate and bully other continents... Because of that so-called Order of the Knights!" the scoffing general continues.

"General we request of you to calm down and observe with us first" politely said by the secretary who is in charge of the forum.

"Whaaat?" he said, seemingly initiating an argument and intimidating the lady secretary who made the suggestion. With his increasing temper, he stood up and tapped at the metal table saying, "What position are you in to tell me what to do?!" he exclaimed.

Someone spoke from the international seat of representatives. "General, I think a polite and indirect way of speaking is not commonly used in your country. I'll translate it for you so you can understand." He leaned forward and started to speak.

"It just simply means, "Shut the h**l up m*r**, there are people who are still watching and you're disturbing ass and annoying mouth is getting in the way, you uneducated piece of sh**," he instated.

The general was silenced by shame as he realized his barbaric attitude in front of the decent, professional foreign delegates.

The broadcast was muted, and the meeting continued.

"If only we can acquire those flames within our grasps, it will be much easier," a random official commented.

"Fires are born with, aren't they?" another one spoke.

"Are they? So is there any other way to take one of them and be obedient to us?"

"That's impossible! They are loyal knights, which made them loyal doGs"

"What if we extract it from them?" the other suggested.

"Are you using your head? How can we extract it from them?" Another random voice implying common sense.

"Haha, the best question to ask is how will you capture one of them to proceed to the juicing?"

The secretary spoke; she pulled out another screen

"Our research organization continues to deal with such problems. They hired this group to do the study on how we can remove the north and south Radar empires, and now the time has come for our conclusion to be proposed at this meeting today," she said.

Everyone's attention was directed to the Executive Secretary.

"Fires are inborn. Although we need a subject for the research and to make the experiment much broader, We still list down all the possible ways to achieve our goal, which is to find ways to attain that certain power.

First, progeny, however, is not hereditary.

Second is gene copying or clone forming, although it is not genetically transferrable.

Third is extraction, which is not yet possible.

The example of DNA gathered from the subjects is enough to copy their own physical identity from head to foot; however, the fire cannot be replicated.

Multiple attempts for the second and third were still ongoing, although most of the time it failed. However, it is still one of the most and best options we can have, and an evolution can be done if we can only capture one of the knights.

"So if those ideas already failed, why do you keep on insisting on it? Why propose the lack of possibility?" an official asked.

Some of them agreed, and a triggering opinion was heard. "So what? What is it for us if you are able to get the fire of heaven?"

"If we'll do everything to gain it? What will we do with fires? Not unless we can win the power of the whole world or be immortals in the process. Well, you see Radar have it all, but did they colonize us?" A rational view silenced everyone.

"The fire of heaven is limited to good," he stated.

"Hilariously speaking, that's true." The scientist barges into the meeting and intervenes in the discussion.

"However, it is still power," he stated.

"Every fire is like an iceberg in the ocean, and there is lots of potential in it. Let me explain it to you, small-brain people," he continues.
