Chapter Nine

The next few days have been perfect. We kept out relationship a secret.

I was happy and so was James.

I woke up feeling amazing knowing that I was going to see James.

I put on my Kaki shorts with my gray sweatshirt, and my nike shoes.

I brushed my teeth and are cereal and left for school.

I saw Beth and we walked to school as usual and we went to 1st hour and the day was going perfect. 

I saw James and we worked together on the school work.

When I we to third hour I felt really good.

After third hour I was walking in the hallway with James, Beth, and Ethan when Dorian came up to us.

He grabbed my bag, and through it on the ground. Everyone in the hallway turned to look.

There wasn't any teachers to be seen. Which was unusual and unlucky for me.

He looked at me and then looked at James.

"Everyone, Jeremiah is gay!" he yelled, "GAY!!"

"So," I said.

"So, you should be dead," he said.

"HEY! Leave him alone," James said.

"Oh yea, and this is his boyfriend," Dorian said.

"Okay and," he said, "I'm Gay, and Jeremiah is my boyfriend, why is that bad," James said.

"Because God said that man and woman need to be together."

"Yea, but love is love," James said, "it doesn't matter."

"You are sinning everyday," Dorian said.

"Okay well your sinning right now for being a bully," James said.

Then Dorian punched James in the face. And James fell to the ground, and Dorian started kicking James.

"Hey, leave him alone," I said and pushed Dorian put of the way and went to James.

That's when I felt a sharp pain in my side. Dorian punched me.

And he started kicking me and James.

Then a Teacher came and broke up the "fight".

Dorian got suspened for two weeks.

I was walking home when James came up to me, and hugged me.

"Hey," I said.

"Hey," he said.

"You told everyone that your gay, and that we're together," I said.

"Yea, well I'm not ashamed to be dating you, because I love you," he said.

"I love you too," I said.

Then we kissed.
