Truth untold

====================================

Trust takes years to build, seconds to break and forever to repair.

You have got to be kiding me, right?

I looked at all of their faces individually, for any slight sign to tell me that this was all a joke. One by one, I studied their faces hard, but no. This was all real and there's no way out.

"This is not a joke, so pick your choice because I'm starting to lose my patience." The 'panther' warned me, sternly.

I smirked helplessly at his order. I had no choice. If I wanted to live, then I would have to make the choice of helping them. Otherwise, I would be surviving.

" I won't be of any help to you, " I stated, in hopes that they would understand and let me go. " You're a wolf, your sense of smell is better than any of ours. That's enough for us, " He evaluated.

" Fine, " I unwillingly forced out a low sigh.

" Can't promise anything, "He joked, coming towards me and whipping out an unexpected pocket knife that was hidden in his sweater this whole time.

Why do I feel that I'm going to have to get used to this if I'm going to have to help them. It seem like this is normal for them. Uuggghhhh. Sh*t, this is going to be hella hard.

He kneeled down and sliced the pocket knife through the thick ropes around my ankles and wrists. He then got up and said, " Now, do the rest yourself, " He smirked thinking of how much I was going to struggled with this.

I took clip out of my hair and used it to lossen the knot at the back of the chair. I pushed it through the middle of the knot and then tugged at the ends of the knot. With little to no effort, I had freed myself in a short time.

I got up with a little stumble. To ensure that that wouldn't happen again, I stretched down to my toes to loosen my stiff, sore and numb legs.

The boys walked out and I followed meekly behind them. I was scared of what was going to happen next. Even though my father would train me and my siblings to get out of similar situations, now, everything he had thought me seemed to have vanished out of my mind and into thin air. I quietly followed them outside.

The cold winter's breeze caressed my stinging skin. I took one deep breath and sighed as I tasted the familiarity of fresh city air. The sky was a black and orange ombré canvas with speckles of white and gold splattered all over the picture. The trees danced in sync, swaying ever go gently from side to side while singing with there rustling leaves. The birds arguing and car's honking could be hear from a distance away. The frost glistened under the illuminating moon and the humidity of the air brought a sense of freshness to the old, un dying city.

Dusk. I must have been here for a while.

A males loud, stern voice ripped me from my comfort. " Get in the front, " The panther ordered me, again. I followed his order without uttering a single word.

As all of the males loaded them selves into the car, the 'dog' sat in the drivers seat and started the journey to wherever we were going. He took a out a blind fold from the middle compartment and threw it on my lap.

" Put it on."

I without hesitation. I obeyed the order I was given, slipping the thick, cotton fabric over my eyes and tying a secure knot at the back of my head. Black. That all I could see. With my eyes open and with my eyes closed, the colour back was all I could see.

During the ride, I didn't say anything. My lips were sealed shut, imitating my two eyes. All I could hear were low murmurs from behind me and the sound of a growling engine that was guided by the driver beside me.

How can no-one see me with a blindfold on, in the front seat. Surely, some is ought to notice. I mean it's pretty obvious, a girl blindfolded in a van. Sound suspicious to me, right? Any stranger would looked into the window by now and noticed.

Soon enough, after a long ride, the car pulled up into a drive way. I could feel the slight bumped and the crumble of stones under the cars floor that separated me and the ground.

I waited in my seat, until I heard a deafening click beside my right ear. Then, suddenly after, my hand was grabbed roughly and I was yanked out of the car. I could hear the sound of gravel beneath my feet as I straightened up. There were some distant footsteps but from where and to where, I had no idea.

I was guided, not so gently, by a hand on my upper back, into what I guessed was a house. I heard wet l rubber soles squeaking against a wooden floor as we continued our journey inside. There was click of a door knob opening again, which brought me to my senses. Once again, I was aggressively shoved onto my knees with a loud slam of the door echoing behind me. After a moment of silence I heard a key in the door, locking it from the other side.

I waited a few more seconds to make sure that there was no-one near me or in the same room before I moved again. Considering that my hands weren't tied, I did what my first instinct was. Take my blind fold off. With the blind fold finally off my head, I opened my eyes cautiously, mentally preparing my self for the worst. My eyes burned at the sudden change of atmosphere and it took a few seconds for me to adjust my blurry vision to normal.

I was in a small room. The room was painted a creamy yellow colour and there was a single bulb hanging above my kneeling body. One single bed was pushed up against the corner and there was a door to my right and to my back.

I tried to get up, positioning myself on all fours, I used all of my strength to lift my body up but it was no use. My hands and wrists were marked red and there were slight hints of blood droplets on them. My legs on the other hand were dead, they were now feeling like a static tv or my humerus (funny bone) whenever I hit it in the right place while fooling around.

My mouth was dry like I had'nt drank water for the past three weeks and my eyes were starting to fog up with salty tears.

There was no way out of here. I couldn't do anything, I was weak and useless.

The tears kept on streaming down my face uncontrollably. I tried to wipe them away but they were like wasps at a garbage bin.

Annoying and wouldn't leave me a alone.

With every shallow breath I took in, my mind became fuzzier and fuzzier. My lungs started to ache and my eye-lids started to fall shut. I whimpered hopelessly as I let my body go. With every second, I could feel picture in front of me become grainy like a sand picture. My limbs gave up one by one, before all I could see, hear and think was dark silence.
