Terry's jaw fell slack as her mind raced so fast to comprehend what was happening that she passed out in the arms of John.
Aaron scurried out from his gaming lair to see his mother in his father's arms and his little sister one handedly holding a treasure chest waist high while excreting absolutely zero energy.
Brushing his hair back, "What in the world is happening?"
John, careful to not drop his wife, turned to see his son pale as a ghost, "Aaron don't worry. It's all good. Come here and help me."
Aaron tiptoed hesitantly towards his parents and took control of his mother as she woke from her unexpected slumber. The chest was glowing now and the humming had returned.
Sasha didn't flinch, "Aaron wait until it starts talking! It's glorious!"
The entire interior of the shed illuminated random pulsing colors as the humming grew louder. John stayed with Sasha, even though he was growing anxious, as Aaron and Terry stepped out of the shed entirely.
Sasha had to yell to be heard, "Dad? What's happening? Where's the parrot?"
Being summoned and not willing to shy away, "Are you, Ehhh, enjoying the, Ehhh, show?"
John and Sasha both exhaled in relief. A familiar voice from the mysterious treasure chest.
Stepping closer to Sasha, "Sherlock, what's happening buddy? Are we safe?"
Sasha smiled. She knew she was safe. It was a gut feeling she had and her gut was never wrong.
Terry had grabbed her son in a fearful embrace and urged John to get Sasha from the shed, "John! What are you thinking right now?!"
John held his hand out and attempted to calm his wife with a smile and a slow head nod.
Obviously that didn't work.
Terry stormed the garage willing to put herself in harm's way to save her daughter. She did not expect to see what happened next.
It was something this world had never seen or experienced.
