Chapter 22

Six guards with guns and a key carded door, it was time for Sasha to do her thing.

Detective Garrett got out of the car holding her badge in the air, "I've got a special prisoner for you all."

She made her way to the passenger side of the car and pulled Sasha out with her hands behind her back as two of the six guards came down from their post to ask some questions.

The first guard barked, "Ma'am, this is a secure facility and judging by your credentials you are not supposed to be here. Please wait right where you are and we will have you escorted from the area."

With a shocked look on her face, "Excuse me sir, the front gate guard let me in and sent me this way. I have a prisoner. General Johnson told me to come to this facility. We will be making an exchange here. Clear?"

The second guard walked up, "Ma'am, General Johnson has been sick for three weeks. He has horrible diarrhea and can't get off the pot to save his life. Now we seriously have a problem."

Before Detective Garrett dug herself deeper Sasha threw her hands out and the men slowly stopped moving. They were frozen but safe from harm.

With a chuckle, "How about that detective?"

They grabbed a keycard from the closest guard and proceeded to the front of the facility. With a swipe and a beep the door opened. Sasha went in first just in case some more armed guards were waiting.

Detective Garrett grew concerned, "Sasha, conserve sweetie. Your palms are blue. I need you ready for war so we can get this mission done."

Sasha took a deep breath and let out a long exhale. Her palms regained their color and her body relaxed. A faint squawking could be heard in the distance down the long hallway.

As Detective Garrett and Sasha marched down this hallway they dispersed guard after guard. Each suspended in place, keeping our heroes safe from danger.

At the end of the hallway was a secured room. The door required a keycard, which they had, but it also required a finger print and eye scan. This would have been a problem without Sasha.

Harnessing all her strength Sasha teleported herself into the room. Everything grew hazy and she was very lightheaded. Looking through the window, Detective Garrett could see her.

She watched Sasha pass out.
