Our trio followed the attendant down a hall. there were torches on the walls and pictures of Great healers, although none of us knew who they were.
After walking for about ten minutes we arrived at a solid brick wall.
Inside this room, holds our very valuable tester. (attendant)
The attendant pushed the wall, it then slowly began to move aside allowing us to enter the room.
After seating us down, she started to explain the different colors one could obtain from the tester and also telling us how it works
It was a long pointless conversation since we all had a general idea of the tester; So I started observing the room.
The lighting was mild and the decor was limited. There were only a couple chairs a large desk (the tester was on this desk), three doors, and the tester.
What caught my attention were those three doors. One was bronze, one was silver, and the third one gold. The doors were only in these colors although they looked real from afar.
The desk was made out of wood and by the looks of it it has seen many years but it was still trying to hold on.
While caught in my thoughts the attendant suddenly called me up.
I moved bristly, not wanting to waste any time. the faster I got this over with the less I had to see those two waste of space.
I have already told you the procedure so please don't be afraid. (attendant)
I held out my hand. The attendant then took out a long knife from one of the desk drawers, then proceeded in slicing my palm. My blood then dripped into the tester.
The tester was made out of glass and steel, although, these weren't your common everyday building materials. It contained a Petri dish and 4 magic crystals. These crystals were of the healing category. My blood would fall on the Petri dish and react to the crystals.
As soon as a few drops of blood fell on the Petri dish the attendant told me to stop.
Ok that's enough let us watch and see what happens ( attendant)
I didn't bother sitting down, I was just too anxious.
The few drops of blood were slowly changing color. tgis was a good sign. Atleast I know I was not going back to the orphanage.
After about five minutes, the few drops of blood were yellow with a few spots of red.
It seems that you have gotten the color yellow but wait; what is this! (attendant)
the few drops of blood had started vibrating. the drops of blood had started vibrating.
the specs of red were now moving in a anti-clockwise direction. the attendant then took out a yellow cloth from one of the drawers then covered the tester.
So young man you have gotten the yellow color. Please go and say goodbye to year guardians. You are never going to see them again for the next eight years! (attendant)
(I wish it was longer) daybian
So you have gotten the yellow color, great, at least I don't have to pay any more coins. (priest)
You better be a good kid here, you were real trouble at the orphanage. Try your best not to screw up our reputation. (Nun)
(like you guys have any)Daybian
I will miss you guys. Take care of yourselves and the other kids. (Daybian)
Here are some coins, use them well, and remember you are to reimburse every dime I spent on you here. (priest)
I took the sack of coins and put them in my pocket. All coins were the same size, weight, and width you couldn't tell them apart by just feelings.
You guys have already said your goodbyes, please leave. (attendant)
The priest and the nun slowly left the room once they were outside; the wall started filling the gap.
I hope you guys rot in hell for your sins! ( Daybian)
I saw the anger on their faces but before they could attack the wall sealed off the room.
Seems you got some bad history with those two; But don't worry that will all change soon. Plus I got a lot to discuss with you. (attendant)
The attendant slowly walked over to the desk and revealed the tester.
Inside the drops of blood had turned into an orange-like color. Wasn't this a good thing, why did she hide it.
You must be out of your mind now; Arent you?
Well, the thing is being a rare type healer is worse than being an average type healer. you may even have to spend 10 years here just to graduate instead of the normal eight. (attendant)
That bad? There have to be some perks to this. (daybian)
There are many but you would have to find most of them on your own; plus you are not at the age to worry about this.
(Not at the age, this is my future you are talking about) (daybian)
Now let me see your hand. (attendant)
I suddenly remembered that she had sliced my palm with a knife. I was so surprised by the color I got that I have forgotten about it.
The attendant took my hand. in less than a second, my hand was healed. The skin felt brand new. This was not normal, saying this was extraordinary was an understatement.
I even tried to remember how my hand got sliced but the memory seemed to be fading from my mind. It even gave me a headache just thinking about it.
The attendant was busy going through the desk. She pulled out a sheet of paper and a pen.
The sheet of paper look twice as thick as any ordinary paper, and the pen , well it was a feather funny thing is that it was glowing with a golden light.
So young man what is your name. (attendant)
