Since it was still early after they finished dinner, they all decided to gather around in the living room and play some classic board game.
"AH HAH! YOU NEED TO PAY UP!" Min Jun yelled out to his dad excitedly.
"Here!" His dad handed over his mone. "No need to get so excited."
"It's the first time in 20 rounds that someone landed on his lot. You can't blame him!" Soo Ah said in a slightly mocking tone.
"Ah ha ha!" Soo Ah laughed loudly, "pay up mom!"
"Goodness, who knew you guys would get so competitive in monopoly!" Soo Ah's dad complained, tired from all the yelling.
"It has been a while since we all play such a game," Soo Ah explained. "It's not weird that we got so excited."
.
Two hours later.
.
"YES YES! I WIN! I WIN!" Su Yeong cheered excitedly as Soo Ah hand over all her property and money.
"I think that was the longest and most intense game of monopoly," Min Jun commented as he yawns.
"Butler Cha, please show Mr. and Mrs. Nam to our guest bedroom. It's getting late now," stated Su Yeong.
"Soo Ah and Min Jun, do you mind sharing a bedroom?" Su Yeong asked.
"Our other guest bedroom are currently in repair after a tree fell onto it," she added.
"That's okay, I don't mind," Min Jun replied.
"No, no, no, he can sleep on the couch," Soo Ah objected. "There's absolutely no way I'm sharing my room with him."
"Soo Ah, be nice. He's your husband after all," Su Yeong said emphasizing the word husband.
"But mom!" Soo Ah said.
"Soo Ah, he's a guest after all. He can't sleep on the couch."
"Fine," Soo Ah replied as she stood up.
She and Min Jun headed upstairs to her room. The moment Soo Ah opened the door to her bedroom, Min Jun immediately ran toward her bed. Jumping onto it, claiming it as his own.
"What do you think you're doing?" Soo Ah asked as she closes the door.
"Claiming the bed before you kick me out," Min Jun shrugged.
"You can sleep in the floor. I'm not going to let you sleep on my bed," Soo Ah said as she opens her closet looking for pajamas.
"You can't make me!" Min Jun said as he sits up on top of the bed.
"I'm not going to argue with you," Soo Ah said as she takes out her pajamas. She then headed to her bathroom for a shower.
Min Jun felt a bit embarrassed as he did not expect her to react so calmly. Then, a housekeeper knocked onto her door.
"Young mister Nam, I've brought you comfortable clothing to change into," said the housekeeper.
"Thank you!" Min Jun said as he runs towards the door and opens it.
"It's my duty," the housekeeper replied before leaving .
After a while, Soo Ah came back out of the shower.
"You're done?" Min Jun asked not even looking up from his phone.
"Yea, you can go ahead," Soo Ah responded.
Without replying to Soo Ah, Min Jun headed straight to the bathroom with the clothes he was given.
"What's up with him?" Soo Ah mumbled after he closed the bathroom door.
Since it was already late, she decided to get ready for bed. Luckily, she had left another set of her skincare kit here since she likes to visit during her free time. She began her night skin care routine at her vanity.
As Soo Ah finish up her skin care routine, Min Jun got out of the shower. He immediately hopped into her bed and took up half of it.
"Min Jun! I SAID YOU CANT SLEEP ON MY BED!" Soo Ah yelled in annoyance.
Unbothered by her yelling, Min Jun turn his back to her and snuggled inside the blanket.
"Min Jun!" Soo Ah said once again.
"We're husband and wife are we not?" Min Jun replied.
"It's fake," Soo Ah replied as she head towards her bed.
"I don't care. I'm sleeping here tonight. You can go elsewhere," he answered her.
"Fine. Then I'll kick you off my bed in my sleep," Soo Ah replied before getting inside the blanket as well.
Since Soo Ah was tired from the day, she immediately fell asleep. Min Jun however, could not. In fact, how could he? After all, he has had a crush on her for over a year.
Actually, Min Jun had known about Soo Ah over a year ago, when he first entered the company. Soo Ah was famous amongst the trainees of Dreamlight Entertainment. She was pretty, talented, kind, and smart. No one could deny her charm. He could still remember his first encounter with her vividly.
