She couldn’t believe her eyes, how was it possible when her mind was saying that he was gone, it just didn’t make sense. 


But standing there within arms reach, was the boy that managed to break down all the walls that surrounded her—— the same ones she worked so hard on putting up to protect herself from this very situation——the one she came to love. Once again she was so focused on her thoughts that she didn’t hear him calling her name nor him coming forward, she only reacted when he was already reaching for her. 


She was startled out of her thoughts by a hand on her shoulder, once she registered what was going on she threw herself into his waiting arms, he stumble a bit backwards but managed to catch himself. 


—Hey, hey, what’s going on? Are you alright?— he asked while cupping her face.
