Chapter 68

“Kuya Ersel, are you alright?” Mina asked her older brother as soon as she noticed that he looked sad while they were cleaning and arranging things at the kitchen after having their dinner.

“Oh, sorry, Mina. I’ll tell you later,” Ersel replied with an innocent smile.

[Should I really tell her?] Ersel thought as he continued in washing the dishes in the kitchen sink. [I guess I should tell her so that I can feel more at ease.]

Once they were both done cleaning and washing in the kitchen, Ersel and Mina went to discuss in the former’s own room.

“Lino is actually my childhood friend,” Ersel declared sadly as soon as he and Mina were inside his room.

“R-Really?” Mina asked in astonishment. “How sure are you?”

“I’m 100% sure. Plus, he told me about his identity already,” Ersel answered without looking directly at his sister’s eyes.

“Oh. So, what happened? Is he mad at you?” Mina asked curiously.
