Vengeance plans

Emanuel shake his head negatively. Two weeks ago Nicola was in his hands, the scouts had spotted him in the forest, standing in the same spot for days. According to his subordinates, the demon fox was creating an army of the undead.

Emanuel intended to use this action to justify his death. But suddenly the royal army came into the middle of everything. Disrupting his vengeance plans.

"It seems to me that I will have to wait some more time before executing my revenge against that half-breed." Emanuel thought aloud, spoking to himself. "Double the number of people searching across the forest looking for him and discover all the strength he has. If necessary, torture cultivators and bandits who roam that forest, leave no stone unturned, I want to know what he was looking there." Emanuel ordered the spy leader.

The man lost no time doing more questions and the only thing that could be seen was a black fog when he mixed with the shadows before leaving the room they were in, leaving no trace of his passage in that place.

They had very special abilities that belong to the classes of assassins and ninjas, they had the ability to merge with the shadows making them virtually invisible as long as there were shadows to hide, no matter how big or small it was.

Not even Nicola's beetles were able to identify their presence in that forest, only Nicola himself could identify them through his sensitivity to the element of darkness that the Darkness Heavenly Essence conferred on him. But they were watching Nicola from far enough that he didn't notice.

The spies noticed Gin and Kin communicating with him in some moments and the wisp that came and went, suddenly disappearing near Nicola's body. All the information they got was passed on to Emanuel. He knew everyone in Nicola's pack and his secondary forces like the small army of the undead and the two puppets who could control a small army of ants and bees on their own made of a metallic liquid that came out of their bodies.

With the dispute for the Spatial Fairy Flower at the auction and the fact that his companions disappear and reappear, Emanuel had no doubt about the fact that Nicola had a gold-level storage artifact that could house living beings, in fact he even thought that at that moment Nicola was inside it, hidding from the army that had entered the forest.

He could only hope that Nicola was not the cause of their going there, after all, by killing Nicola and his companions, all of his wealth would be his. The golden stars spatial artifact, that two curious puppets and everything else that was in his body. He had even imagined turning Nicola's white tails into a big rug so that he could step on and remember his victory every time he looked at him.

Emanuel went down the stairs to his secret room again, the place was still the same, except for one difference, hanging on the walls were twelve people. As the demon had asked before, he had begun to gather the blood of his own blood to make a sacrifice.

These were people at the end of the bloodline tree, people of no importance. He made it look like they were kidnapped or killed on merchant trips or simply disappeared when they left Balta Castle.

He had publicly notified that it was the fault of the Mercenary Guild for abandoning their lands and even asked for army troops to help on their land. They obviously did not come, as the war was more important and they could not direct a personnel troop to a city that was not on the front line.

Of course, all of this was within his plans, and the longer this situation happened, the more people he would be able to gather to carry out his plan. Kill Nicola and expose his creation of armies and demon personnel so that his death becomes the lever that would turn his family's course up again.

"Just wait a little longer." He said as he stroked the chin of a passed out woman trapped in chains and formed a malevolent smile in the corner of his mouth.
