PROLOGUE

Every story has a beginning, a middle, and an end. What mortals always have a hard time fathoming is that the concept of time only affects them, and not the divine. Time has no relevance to the immortals; therefore, a god can say things like, 'I have no beginning and no end,' because they have no concept of time without mortals.
