"The only one who is  out of their mind is you." She hissed. Santino must have a superpower of drawing fury out of her even if it was not any of the things she wanted to feel. How did he do that?

"You cannot simply accuse me of being out of my mind when you are the one who won't explain why you need my help." He threw it back at her with an annoying laugh.

"Remind me to kill you once all of this is over." She muttered under her breath. "Don't worry. I'll simply put you in a plane and let them drop you off at Devildom Island. It won't be painful."

"I'll be sure to remind you." He played along. "Do you mind explaining now?"

"I do mind actually. How can I be sure you will not betray me?"

"You don't have a choice." He shrugged.

She stared at him and almost gave up but she knew she would never find the truth on her own. "I think someone is behind both what happened to Amanda and what happened to Shera. Her uncle, Guillaume."
