He was a monster, but they had created him, and he was bad. Alanor was the kind of evil that no dictionary even had a description for yet. 

He had vowed against Udrad's peace until he got his revenge, and no one would stop him, not even the mate the fates had forced on him. 

After all, he didn't believe in the fated mates.

"Zafik spoke," Ulrike sighed and Heide closed the portal Alanor had created instantly, making Alanor look at him like he was insane. this wasn't the right time for them to play protective father and a caring son. They needed to have a serious talk right now.

"I need to save the king, father. Let us go, I promise we will be back soon. I can't let Cass lose someone as I did. There is a lot that I can do for the king right now, please let me go. Let me make him happy," Alanor pleaded and Heide just shook his head.

He wasn't going to let Alanor out of Udrad and Alanor could see that. He however wasn't sure what the fuck was going on here because this was insane. Heide had never stopped him and now this was happening.
