Memories flashed through my head as I walked down the street.
"I would never fuck your boyfriend!"
"Faster Jay! Ah!"
"Sorry baby, but you were just a toy for me"
Tears streamed down my face when I thought of these memories. It's past 10 at night but reality came crashing down on me around my heart.
The streets were surprisingly pretty much empty for a Friday night in New York. A few buses pasted and a few people walked by but that's it so far.
I made my way down to the abandoned coffee shop at the end of the street. The lights were blown out and the alleyways were darker than the others.
I stared at the almost empty road in front of me. The buses pass at the speed limit of 25 yet, it all looks like a blur.
"Cordelia, you're my friend! I would never betray you!"
She lied to me
"Hey Lyla"
He stated at her with lust
"Sorry baby, but you were just a toy for me"
They lied and used me
Now my mind is plagued with the thoughts of betrayal and hate. Disgusted and hurt. I will hate them both for as long as I live.
I heard the tapping of heels from the alley. I quickly spin around, catching myself before I fell. The alley was too dark to see anyone...until they stepped out into the light. I was met with those same brown eyes, blonde hair, and red lipstick. Her outfit was almost see-through. She smiled at me. A sadistic smile.
"Hey whore" She greeted
"I'm the whore? You have to be fucking kidding me!" I yelled, catching the attention of middle-aged women.
Lyla didn't seen to appreciate the true fact. "You're gonna regret that you bitch!" She rushed at me. I couldn't move. I was paralyzed with fear and confusion. Before I head a chance to move, she pushed me into the street.
I fell off the curb but before I could hit the ground, I watched the bus driving by. I looked up at her, but she only stared with a smile. I could even do anything before the bus collided with my body and then...
Darkness
