Ghost of a Girl Waiting

"He's here..." Eros looks over to the dance floor where he stood with a practically naked slut.


"I think he lied to Cordelia again. He was supposed to work until late tonight and I'm positive being in a club isn't his occupation" Eros chuckled darkly. 


A plan brewed in my head. A smirk busted out into my lips.


"Have Cordelia see it while I'm by her side" I ordered. Eros nodded and walked over to the crowd discreetly. I walk back to my fiancee and sit down next to her, wrapping my arm around her waist.


"Is everything okay Luci?" She asks worryingly 


"Of course, darling. Just some business" I responded.


Our chat was cut off by the rumors going around loudly. Cordelia and I looked over to the commotion going on. 


"Is that...Jay?" She murmured, "And who is he with?!" 


"Seems he had been sneaking off again, my darling" I rub her lower back to soothe her.


She hops off her barstool and swiftly walked over to the couple that stood stunned in the middle of the room. Jay watched her walk over with a shaking frame and regretful eyes. Cordelia stomped in front of him. 


"B-baby...I can explain?" He chuckled nervously.


"Oh? And here I thought I was just another toy for you..." She raged.


"So you've been sneaking off and cheating again with the second chance I have given you in this bullshit relationship?!" She yelled.


Cordelia lifted her hand high in the air and soon swung it down, hitting Jayson on his cheek, leaving a small hand-shaped mark. Jayson held his hand to the cheek my queen slapped and stared at her stunned.


"I never! Ever! Want to see your sorry ass again!" 


Cordelia grabs my hand and drags me out of the bar with her with Eros walking behind us.
