Ivie and Iris sat down somewhere around the school cof. Ground , Iris was snacking on a leather of roasted groundnut and a plastic cocacola while Ivie was busy with her laptop but sipped from a plastic fanta, the campus was already less crowded as most students and lecturers had retired for the day , it was sometime around evening Iris tired of reading one of her course material disposed it to the seat closest to her . 


"You have not even read up to two chapters and you are tired already" 


"What story are you writing this time" Iris asked peeling the back from the groundnut on her hand as she watched Ivie typed crazily on her system 


"Two students from Edo state university was kidnapped two days ago , election is going on, terrorism is slowly eating its way into Nigeria " 


"So what's your point" Iris asked suddenly picking interest
