Part 68 : meeting in laws?

Three years later,

My sister is pregnant and I am so happy for her, like genuinely happy for her that she finally becoming a mother.

We received the news about three weeks ago and I got my first job in New York at my mother's company and talking about work, I have a company meeting to attend later at four sharp in the afternoon.

My position is handling the editing, business and the marketing department for the fashion brand and clothing line that my mother owns.

Ever since I started working here, I went to a lot of fashion shows, runways and photoshoot.

I stir the hot black coffee that I just mad, I stare at the city view from outside of my small yet cozy apartment window. Everything just seem so calm and relaxing, the peaceful life that I deserved in this busy and crowded city.

New York is always busy and packed but I loved it.
