He couldn't hide the glare that took over his face then but that only lasted a moment before a sly grin crossed his lips. There was a certain aura of assurance around him, something that showed that he wasn't afraid. 


Diamant took note of this. Lewis had been right about him. 


"Also the fact that you have taken over his Majesty's study and this only two days after he was bedridden. I understand everything. But I am afraid that to others it would look a little bit like conspiracy, don't you think?" 


Malik arched an eyebrow at her, challenging to say what she thought but his eyes caught something then. 


He gulped, fear crawling over him, his confidence dying slowly. 


Although they were talking in hush tone, the leaders could take a good guess at what was going on. The room stilled with tension as they watched the silent tussle for power unfold before them.
