Jack defended Snow and almost charged at Professor Smiley after hearing what the older man had said. Thankfully, Snow stopped him before he ran head first into the barrier she had yet to undo. It was more complex than all the other ones she had encountered before and the distractions around was not helping her progress.

"I mean come one! She's like the queen of deceit here compared to me! My facade only lasted like for a few days at most! But her?! She's been doing it for a few years now and nobody suspected a thing! Isn't that right, miss?!"

"What the hell are you talking about?! Stop talking around and around! We want an answer so just give us one!" Lyte was getting sick of the whole thing and demanded a truth to be revealed. Honestly, he was just sick and tired about everyone always talking in riddles. He wished they would just go straight to the point.
