<p>Jack answered his friend and looked to the principal of the school expectantly for an answer. Every students in the hall followed suit and were staring at Principal Duncan. Lyte could only guess that they were demanding an answer from him using only their glares. He too was expecting an answer from the man but he was careful to make sure to keep an eye on the two parents on stage. Sure, they were bounded by ropes and the girl was watching over them like a hawk, but that did not mean that there was no chance of them escaping at all. It might be very low considering their situation but it was never a zero.</p>
