Lyte, Lisa and Dawn slowly walked out of the school hall side by side. They were heading to the school roof to chat. However, their expressions implied that they were in no mood to talk about casual and random topics. Their faces were pale and their eyes gave off a glint of paranoia. Their body language showed that they were very jumpy. In fact, the rest of the students of the school were like them as well. Honestly, nobody would blame them for acting as such. They seemed to be uncomfortable by what had just happened a moment ago in the school hall and their brains were still processing the information given to them.

During Principal Duncan's announcement, he revealed that Thomas Rover who had been missing for so long was found dead. Actually, scratch that. Thomas was not just dead. No. He had not passed by natural causes nor from an accident nor some cliché suicide most teenagers would be found dead doing. In his case, those sorts of deaths would be a blessing.
