Arthur entered, as he did, he saw Ciel sitting on the couch, unusually quiet.  His guts told him something was off. Walking toward her, he took a seat opposite to her, stared straight into her eyes.

"Ciel…." He just uttered her name, but Ciel's expression turned stormy.  Pressing his thin lips into a straight line, he gulped the words he was going to utter.

Ciel stared at him, for a very long time, without blinking. Arthur felt uncomfortable, while the atmosphere turned intense.

"I did wish for you to stare at me without blinking, but I would appreciate it if you could be a little gentle with your gaze" Arthur tried loosening up.

However, Ciel gave a curt smile.

"Oh, is it so?"

The smile was even scarier than her earlier expression. Arthur broke in a cold sweat.

"Why don't Lord enlighten me."

He gave her a confused glance.
