Chapter: Meeting Daniel Yang

Anna walks to the clinic, she's thinking about what she will do, how will she ask permission from her senior, so she prepared lines for herself.

"Ms, Kate I'm sick, I'm nauseated, I think I should be going home now," she said to herself and she's not convinced

She keeps imagining how will she going to ask permission from Ms. Kate.

"Ms.Kate, I need to undertime now, no need to worries in HR, I'm the heirs of this company," she said And she stopped and laughed, "how will I do that" she continued thinking

"No no no that's rude," she said and shook her head

"Heir" she continued "NO!" She sat on the bench

"Ms.Kate, whether you like or not, I'm going home now" she commanded

"Haist" she hissed "I'm crazy right," she told herself while scratching her head

When she opened the door she saw Ms. Kate sitting on her desk and filling out the paper,

"hmm you came," she noticed "by the way..." Kate said " wow, How did you know that he is Hypoglycemic " she wondered

"Mmm his symptoms, He has the same symptoms to my patient before...so I think"

"Well you did a good job Anna," she said "you save his life"

She Nodded and. Smiled to her

"Ms. Kate, I uhhhh, I know I am new but.." she said

"But....what?" She asked while writing

"Can I undertime now, I uh"

"Undertime?"

Anna nodded and pleased her

She looked at her

"Okay, today is your first day and I will tell them that today is your orientation, so alright no problem, but tomorrow I will not tolerate that" she strictly said

" Oh my Goodness, Thank you Ms. Kate" she suddenly hug her "promise...I will make it up to you next time " she was excited

Anna suddenly put the BP apparatus, stethoscope, glucometer on the drawer and ran to the elevator.

She hurriedly went inside the elevator, on the ground floor, she leisurely look left and right, she noticed that no one noticed her, She looked at her wristwatch, it's 4:30 in the afternoon. She took a deep breath coming out in the doorway of the company.

She met the guy, A charming guy, Tall, fair skin, newly cut his wavy black-haired, fitted body.

"Hello" he greeted her

Anna smiled at him and continued walking

" undertime?" He asked "too early to go out," he noticed

Anna thought that this guy, would be from in Admin department, she turned back and greeted him

"I already asked permission to my senior sir, and today is only an orientation " she humbly answered

"Orientee? " He chuckled "you new ?" He asked

"Yes sir" she quickly responded

"Ah so You don't know me," he asked

Anna nodded "from admin department? " she guessed

"Im Daniel Yang !" He introduced himself

Anna wondered and walked closer to him, he thought that this guy is a poser

And she looks closely at him

And she chuckled "You, no " she replied confidently

Daniel surprised

" Sir Daniel would be in Massachusetts, and still studying in Harvard" she explained "and my friend told me, that Daniel Yang is a charming guy," she said while looking up and down to him and she shook her head

"Am I not charming?" He asked her seriously

"Not literally " she answered, "my friend told us that if he looks in your eyes, feeling yours in a fairytale that makes you blush, and if he looks at you and your underwear would be automatically fell down because of his cuteness," Anna said while impersonating Ms. Nancy.

Daniel laughed loudly

"Omg, seriously?" He wondered while touching his chin

"I am sorry... if you think, you can fool me...because I am new " Anna said "uh! uh ! sorry don't be me" she confidently said

Daniel laughed loudly "oh my goodness" he murmured "

"Chao! " she said goodbye to him and hurriedly walked out of the building

Daniel chuckled and was amazed at her

"You're cute" he murmured and walked straight to the elevator

"Tsk" Anna clicked her tongue "he's Daniel Yang, hmf, of course, he is not, " she said to herself "he wants to fool me, huh! Because I'm new, duh " she continued. "Why bullying is still common in our society," she asked herself "So lucky me..., I am wise " she proudly said to herself and chuckled

Anna walked to the train station.

TOM POV:

While waiting for 5 o'clock in the afternoon, because he will send Anna home, he started to pack his things, he cleaned his table and turned off his computer.

When someone knocks on his door

"Come in," he said while putting on his blazer

"Wahaaha," Daniel said while entering the room

"Oh, my Goodness!" Tom was surprised, he suddenly walked closer to him

And they both hugged

"How's the newly engaged?" He asked Interesting

"Good good!" He answered proudly " you didn't tell me you were coming!" They both sat on the couch

"Ah, well don't want to bother you, " he replied, " Finally, you made it!" He is proud of him "what does Lolo said" he crossed his legs

" I did it even though he doesn't like it," he said

"Bravo!" He laughed " don't worry someday he will accept her" he replied

"Yeah, someday he will "

Tom looked at his wristwatch it's five minutes to five o'clock in the afternoon

"Ohhh, by the way, he found his best friend granddaughter," he said

"Really?" He was surprised

"That's good for him...by the way have you met her"

"Yes, I did " he answered and he stood up "and one day you will meet her"

Daniel chuckled "so how was it..is she pretty?" He was intrigued

"Hmm...average...not totally" he replied

"Hmm I think, I'm not interested anymore" Daniel commented

Tom laughed "wait... she's the precious girl for chairman Yang "

Daniel shook his head

"And now I'm going to send her home," Tom said

"What?" He was surprised " seriously tom? What is that, are you her driver or a lover? " Daniel continued

Tom shrugged his shoulder " maybe I am her VVIP driver " he laughed

"What so special about her ?" Daniel irritated asked " So Lolo would be doing like that "

"Would you like to send her, because I'm going to the airport "

"Hell no!" He replied

"Don't worry she is kind" Tom praised her

"Ohhh 1/10" Daniel chuckled "Interesting..."

Tom shook his head " I'm just telling the truth" he defend her

"Hmm, something fishy" he teased him

"Whatever !, So, I have to go, I need to send her home before Chairman will kick my ass," he says " you need to meet him in his office" he added

Daniel Laughed "good-luck bro!"

Tom left and went to the parking lot, and he parked his car for a moment, on the front of their coffee shop, he's waiting for Anna, he saw Ms. Kate and Ms. Nancy walking on a driveway, he drove his car and turn on his horn, so the two ladies turned back and look at him

" Have you seen Anna?" he asked them

Kate and Nancy looked wondered and walked closer to his car

"She went home early this afternoon sir " Kate replied

"She went home?" he asked

"Yes, sir " she replied while nodding her head

"Alright!, thank you," Tom said and drove off

"Hmm, He knows' s Anna?" Nancy asked

"Hmm I think so because they seem to know each other, that's what I observe this afternoon" Kate commented

"Oh maybe " she answered and they continued walking

Tom went to his fiancé apartment and send her to the airport,

" Babe, one month is a short time," she said while holding hand with him

Tom kissed her hand

" I know, I just can't wait any longer, I just want to stay beside you, every minute, and every second," he said

Mildred felt kilig, she smiled and hug him "Im gonna miss you, Babe!"

"me too" he kissed on her shoulder

"Babe, while I'm working there, I am going to plan our fancy wedding," she said

"Alright!, just call me every time okay !" he said

"Sure babe!"

"Okay!, I have to go, " she said and kissed him

"Bye!, I love you !" and doesn't like to let go of her hand

"I love you too " she replied " hey, let go " and she laughed

"Stay for a while!" he said

Mildred laughed and kissed him and she hugged him again

Alright, I need to go, don't worry, I will call you once I got there"

"OKAY!" he agreed "von voyage !"

" mm" she nodded and got out of the car, " go on !" she waved to him

" No ! no... go in first... Before I am going back

" Okay !, goodbye " she said while sending him a goodbye kiss

"bye, I love you," he said

Mildred walked inside before Tom drove off home.

ANNA POV :

When she opened the main door, she saw her parent sitting on the couch while watching the news on a TV screen

"Hi" she greeted them

"Oh! " they said

Anna hugged and kissed them,

"How's your flight ma!" she asked

" Fine, " they both answered, " how's your work?" Her mother asked

"Good, " she answered" I have ice cream here" She walked to the dining table and put the ice cream

" you have an ice cream for me, bro!" Sarah asked

"Uhhuh" she answered and winked at her " I am afraid of you, thus I bought it " and Anna laughed "Here's your keto ice cream " She gave the pint-size of the ice cream "This one for us," she said pointing to the 1 gallon of ice cream, avocado flavored

"Bleeeh" Sarah stuck her tongue out, And she was excited to scoop her ice cream "Thank you, bro!" She said "yahoo! Yummy" she licked her lips

Anna got a spoon and cup, scooped the ice cream, and gave it to her parents.

"What is our viand today Pa?" She asked her father and sat in between her parents

" I brought a Turkey meat" he answered "and I roasted it " He ate his ice cream

"Wow, I miss that" she replied and licked her lips

Her mama, hugged her and kissed her, "You so slim, you need to eat a lot " Her mother noticed "stress?" She asked

"No" she answered but deep inside she was, her father messy her hair "Tsk" she answered and smiled at them " I miss you both," she said and hugged them

"Oh where's Tessa, Kian, and Marco," she asked and looked around

"They upstairs" her mother answered

"Ui" she shouted and called them but no one came

"Let's eat" she requested " I'm hungry " Anna's holding her tummy "Wait I need to change first and I will call them " She ran going upstairs and straight directly to Marco's rooms

" hey " she called their attention

And they looked back

She hugged them and kissed them

"How are you guys" She misses them

"Still the same ...Pretty, sexy " Tessa replied

"Ewww!" The chorus laughed

Anna sat next to Tessa,

Marco is the fifth child, Tessa is next and the youngest is Kian.

Marco will be a freshman in college this coming June. He started putting his clothes in the closet. The most naughty but independent person and wise. Tessa is the prettiest, talented, and most intelligent. She's still in high school and graduating after a year. While Kian is the kindest and quiet person among them, An otaku, A good looking guy compared to Marco. He would be a freshman in high school this coming enrollment.

"So what do you say to your new room?" Anna asked

"Of course it's fine" he replied

"So what course are you taking up," she asked, "have you decided ?"

"Nautical " he answered

"Hmmm...alright....are you ready?" She asked

"Of course " he answered and he put a checked mark on his chin

" by the way, there's an ice cream downstairs, " she said

"Really?" And they hurriedly went downstairs

Anna washed her body changed her clothes and joined them

After a minute her elder sister came.

They prepared the dining table, and Sarah and Anna put the plates on the table. Her father gets the roasted turkey in the oven and put it on the center of the table.

They sat around the oval table and prayed to almighty God.

"Itadakimasu" Kian said

"Thank you lord " her father murmured

After that, they dig in.

They were enjoying their food because they were complete. Their happiness with themselves is superb. They talked a lot about their life at work and everyday experiences.

They told a lot to their parents.
