Snowy Christmas

This I wrote today in about one and a halve hours. It has 303 Words. Somehow, I feel like I messed up the tenses, did I?

Soon it would be Christmas, but the weather forecast said that no snow would come.

This made my grandma really sad. Normally we all would go out to the large Pinetree at the center of the Village and dance around it. Having a large feast whit all other villagers. Then the elder ones would tell us stories while we all sit around a fire.

This year without snow it would miss a core of it. It would not be the same. My brother and I were trying to find a way to help her.

Currently we were walking along one of the trails up the Rica Mountain. It is a nice place. And a tourist spot.

"How far should we go brother?" I questioned "How about going around it and to the Teutler Ski lift? I think the Lower Hut is opened; we can get something to eat there." he answered. And so, we went there.

I was ordering pommes whit mayonnaise for the two of use, when my brother excitedly ran to me.

"Brother! I know what to do!" "What?" I asked, "To make it snow!" he said and explained to me his plan. It was super!

On Christmas eve we all came together, the sun had already set, and one could see the moon and stars rising. It was cold, around 5°C (41°F) the man had already started the fire. The start was the same as every time, the priest recited prayers and told the Christmas story.

As he was halfway through my brother left the place unnoticed, we were standing at the rear of the group. Then a few minutes later it began to snow!

"It snows!" "A miracle!" some exclaimed. My grandma was standing there unmoving, then a large smile formed on her face and tears left her eyes.
