Tawara Tōta
His name is Tawara Touta (俵 藤 太, Tawara Tōta). A warrior from the medieval Heian period, Tawara Touta is revered as the founder of the martial arts in Kanto province. Later known as Fujiwara Hidesato (藤原 秀 郷, Fujiwara Hidesato), he suddenly gained fame by shooting down Taira Masakado.
Tawara Touta is a brave warrior who has many achievements while wielding a golden long sword passed down from his ancestor, Fujiwara Kamatari. One day, he was asked by the incarnation of the dragon god to eradicate Mount Mikami's great centipedes. He spat on his arrows, prayed to Hachiman and killed the huge centipede (big enough to circle seven and a half mountains) with a bow and arrow. After receiving the rice bag that will never run out of rice as a thank you from the dragon god, it is said that Tawara Touta underwent hundreds of Oni massacres and ended up shooting down Taira Masakado, who is an immortal demon (he can kill something immortal guys).

He has the ability to shoot with a bow equal to the strength of 5 people, and he has liked the bow since his youth. The bow was specially given Divine Protection from the Dragon God who resided in the lake.

Actually this can be considered as NP because it comes from the story of the giving of rice sacks that never run out of contents from the dragon god.
