Violet tried to calm Lucinda while trying to calm herself at the same time.


No sign of Jack yet, so she was getting more nervous as the minutes passed.


She also didn’t know what to say to Lucinda. 


It was a very delicate and confusing situation indeed.


Violet herself had experienced something similar when she met Jack, and she thought it would never get solved since they were enemies.


Not that Lucinda and Lance had any particular beef between them, but the fact that Lance was being chased and people wanted him dead made the whole thing more complex than it had to be.


“Lucinda, I don’t really know what to tell you. What I do know is that we’ll work this out. Lance is trying to prove himself, and I really want him to come to the Rebels. All we need to do is convince Jack.”
