"That voice... isn't that Boss Sung from SYC corporation?"


Although everyone who came to this auction today are successful business mens and womens, but none of their wealth added up could get close to any of the two bidders upstairs in the VIP rooms.


They watched the two above in awe but at the same time, feeling a bit jealous.


Soon, however, one of them noticed Young-mi beside Young-hee and the person instantly pointed it out, "Who is that beautiful young lady next to Boss Sung? They look so alike to each other?"


"Perhaps it's her daughter, who was it again… Sung Young-mi?"


"Right! She does have a daughter, but I heard that she had been ill ever since she was six..."


The crowd soon bursted out again with gossips, but this was exactly what Young-hee wanted. She had already predicted this to happen, and the only reason she did this was to start announcing to the world of her "daughter".


As the crowd continued to gossip among themselves, Boss Kwan who was next door suddenly came to the edge of the boulcany when the VIPs could see and chat with each other. It was separated by a small wooden fence and there was a foot gap between them.


"Boss Sung long time no see, is that your daughter beside you?" Boss Kwan asked with a smile.


"Yes, she is indeed my daughter, Sung Young-mi. What? Don't tell me you are taking a liking to my daughter right?" Young-hee asked with a threatening tone.


"No, of course not." Boss Kwan quickly replied then continued, "Besides, I already have a lovely wife but I do have a son with the same age as your daughter."


"Tch, save that for yourself. I would never want any relationship with KCB nor am I wicked enough to marry off my precious daughter for business gain. Unlike somebody..."


To Young-hee, Boss Kwan is not only her biggest business competitor but she also has a personal grudge with him. His whole business was built from the money that he had schemed off of her best friend; Young-hee is 100% sure that he has played a part in those unfortunate couple's "accident" ".


Boss Kwan pretended to not have heard anything and just laughed it off and continued the bid, "Ha ha, $300 million!"


"$400 million!" Not willing to lose against such a person, Young-hee continued to call out a higher bid and so did he.


"$800 million!" Boss Kwan called out. He turned his attention back to Young-hee then with a mocking face, he said, "So Boss Sung, do you still dare to bid higher?"


Young-hee knew that he was trying to antagonize her into buying the necklace at a higher price, but to her it doesn't matter whether that is true or not; she will never be willing to concede to this bastard even if it means she would have to pay a high price for it!


Just as the crowd thought that the price is going to keep on increasing, Boss Kwan suddenly paused then said with a feigned tone, "Since Boss Sung wanted the necklace so much, then I will just concede."


"Thank you, but I don't think that would've been necessary. No matter how much of a price I have to pay, the things that I have laid my eyes upon will always be mine." Young-hee replied with confidence. It was an act to humiliate him as well as a threat; one of the things she had wished for the most is to take down this bastard in front of him and never let him stand back up in life again!
