Chapter 3

"I have a question," said Raven. "Why are you called General Eve and Captain Zaron?"

"I'm the general of assassins, and he is just second in command, so we call him that," said Eve. Eve and Zaron were still lying in the soft bright green grass. It was about five 'o'clock in the evening. Anna was lying on the red blanket. She was worried about Esmia. Zaron sits up.

"Anna, you seem upset," said Zaron. "What's wrong?" Anna looks at him and sighed.

"I'm worried about Esmia, she hasn't answered my calls or texts," said Anna. She furrowed her eyebrows.

"It's getting late, we all should head home," said Eve. Anna looks off in the distance.

"You guys go, and here, take my basket and blanket along with the empty containers inside the basket, and leave them at my front door. I'm going to Kimchi through Azuric Woods, just west of this grassy hill," said Anna. "I'm going to look for Esmia."

"What makes you think she'd be in Kimchi?" asked Raven. She was playing with her black hair.

"I just have a feeling....I just can't shake it...," said Anna.

"Well, I'm going with you. It's too dangerous to go alone at night, especially in Azuric Woods. Besides, haven't you heard of the beast of Azuric Woods?" joked Raven. Anna laughed a little.

"Ok, well we should get going. Also don't get eaten by the beast!" joked Zaron. Eve and Zaron head south off to the sleepy Plantain Town. Anna and Raven head west, to the thick Azuric Woods.

Betty was lying on the ground. She opens her eyes and stands up.

"Where am I?" asked Betty outloud. She looks around. The area was rocky.

"Am I in Kimchi?" Betty thought. The ground shook. She looks up to see a huge volcano.

"Nope, definitely not Kimchi!" Betty runs and screams as lava shoots out of the volcano.
