"Woah! Look at this!" Anna ran towards a beautiful body of water. It sparkled under the moon's light. There, palm trees, grass and a couple cactus with flowers on them grew.
"We must be at Windy Oasis," said Raven. Anna bent down and cupped her hands into the water and drank it.
"Ew," said Raven disgusted.
"C'mon, try some! It's really fresh! There not even any sand grains in it!" begged Anna. Raven sighed and cupped her hands into the water. She hesitated and reluctantly drinks it.
"It's fresh," said Raven. She drinks some more. Anna looks at the cactus with blue flowers on it and points to the pink fruit on top of it.
"You think it's edible?" asked Anna. Before Raven could look at her, she was already hollowing it out and eating it.
"Mmm! It's really sweet, but kinda tarty," said Anna. Raven looked at her worried.
"I'm not sure if that fruit is edible..." said Raven worriedly.
"Oh honestly, Raven, it tastes just fine!" sighed Anna in annoyance. "You want a piece?" Raven looks down at it, and grabs a piece. She puts it in her mouth.
"This isn't that bad. I'll grab the one from that cactus too so I can hollow that one out to store water," said Raven. Anna nods and fills up her hollow fruit with water.
"Hey there's a hole in mine. I'll just cut it in ha- AHHHH!" Raven screamed as a small owl flew out of the whole and began attacking her. She could hear baby owls hooting from inside the fruit. She drops it and the owl flies back in. Anna just stares in awe. Raven sits down in annoyance.
"I guess we have to watch out for Fruit Owls," said Anna.
"Fruit what?" Raven looked at her confused.
"Fruit Owls. They live in the cactus fruit from here," said Anna.
"And you remember that now?! After I get attacked by an owl?!" growled Raven.
"Ehhh.....yes..." said Anna as she slowly shrugs her shoulders. Raven groaned. She plops down into the grass of the oasis.
"I'll be honest, that was kinda a cute owl..until it attacked me...It was so odd looking though, it had big yellow eyes and bright green feathers.." said Raven. Anna sits down next to her.
