Chapter 11 Sailing the sky.
I saw Mia blush looking at me… did I say that too loud… I looked over at Vicki and Molly looking over at me with big eyes biting their lips…
"Like I said fox kind is Jealous… don't pour you pure hearth out to get you in trouble…" Mia said loud pouting at me…
I notice Vicki and Molly hurried back to work at her words… she gets Jealous… I felt a warm feeling in my hearth as I glance over at Mia… Vicki said the food was ready and we stood up and walked inside the common lunchroom. It had a big table with padded benches for people to sit at. The table was filled with food… it looked nice. Vicki and Molly sat down and gestured Mia to sit between them with a smile…
Mia sat down between them and Vicki prepared a plate of food for her. I sat down a little away from Molly and filled my plate with some bread and cheese. Molly poured a glass of milk and placed it on the table for me. I thanked her and saw Mia was glancing over making sure I sat far enuf away from Molly… seriously is she that jealous…
As we started eating Mitch came walking inside and sat down next to Molly… he looked still asleep… it took him some time, but he glanced puzzled down at me…
"did something happen with the living room?" Mitch asked looking at me confused…
"Good morning Mitch. No, it is the first snow. And we have the tradition to eat with the staff to hear any complaints or issues, and if there is none, we just talk…" I explained to him…
"oh… okey." Mitch smiled at me…
We continued to eat as the room started to fill up with guards. They looked puzzled at us eating with them, but they adapted quick and just did their normal routine. Some of the solders was still half asleep and did not notice us… the guard sitting beside me tapped his elbow gently to me asking for some bread… I stretched over and grabbed the basked of bread and handed it to him as he thanked me… after a while Mitch finished his food and winked at me…
"so, the Prince wants to know if there is anything we have to complain about… and if there is anything we need…" Mitch said out loud to the guards…
"can he extend the shield over the Villa… it is starting to get chilly outside…" the guard beside me said as he bite down on the bread…
"no… I am sorry. I am currently trying to hide it away from the public eyes…" I said giggling…
The guard looked confused down at me and realized I was sitting right next to him he straightened up and looked awkward forward… everybody started to laugh at us…
"please be at ease… like I said to Mitch, we do this every year at home. And we now it can be stressful eating lunch with royalty… but be assured we won't interrupt your breakfast or ask for table manners…" I said out loud to them with a smile…
"I will… we still have ladies present. And I will not have my solders display bad manners in front of them…" Mitch said looking around firmly at the soldiers who nodded at him looking at them…
"no food fight?" I smirked to Mitch…
"No. Prince or not I will toss you out if you start one…" Mitch said looking at me…
"okey…" I said putting down my bread on the plate looking down pouting at it…
The guards and maids laughed feeling more relaxed…
"so… beside the dome. Anything we need to address?" Mitch asked filling his cup with milk…
"um… can we get more tomatoes from the Dome?" Molly asked smiling at me…
"yes. help yourself with anything inside the Dome… you all have clearance to enter anytime you want. The only thing is that you do it as we discussed, making sure no one see you enter it. And you can stand inside if you have to stand guard outside to keep warm. I can try to make a heater for the cold to keep you from freezing if that would work?" I said looking around the table…
"you can do that?" Mitch asked smiling…
"I think so. I just need some time to test it out first. I assume you want a portable one to move around as needed?" I asked looking around.
"um… will it be like the firepit we have now? The light from it makes it hard to see in the dark and I know I have to step away to get a good look at the perimeter… and if it is windy it don't warm so good…" the guard beside me asked.
"okey no light from it. and even heat… anything else?" I asked them.
"um… can we get something like that in the kitchen too? It gets cold at winter and the only place to keep warm is next to the oven…" Molly asked me…
"okey I will make some for inside too. Just tell Mitch how many you want and where you want them… I was thinking of going back to Terrentil for winter break if everything goes right…" I said to them…
"um… traveling at winter may take some time and a lot of provisions… I cannot recommend it…" Mitch said looking worried at me…
"I will not be going by carriage or horse… I will be traveling by air if the sailboat gets here in time. I just need to know who will be going with me and who gets to stay behind. I will of course take into consideration if you have family here, and I think the trip will only take a day to get to Terrentil. And when we get there you will be off duty until we travel back." I said to them…
"we are going home…" Mia smiled at me…
"yes. we have a couple of parents to yell at remember…" I smile and giggle to her…
I saw Molly straighten up and turned around taking Mia's tail and placed it on her lap… Mia blushed a little glancing over at me… I guess Mia got excited and her tail hit Molly… I hold my giggle inside…
"so, who wants to come with me if the boat gets delivered?" I ask looking around and draw the attention at me…
"I would like to go. I haven't been to Terrentil for a long time…" Mitch said smiling at me…
"you have family here?" I asked…
"n…no not family directly…" Mitch said smiling awkward at me…
"then I would like to go too…" I saw Molly started to blush looking down… fiddling with her apron…
"I must warn you… if you ack like that in front of mother you probably will be wedded before coming back…" I smirk at Mitch…
Molly and Mitch looked at me stunned… Mia stated that queen Telly likes playing match up and that it was a likely scenario. A few guards asked if the trip would be safe… I told them the truth and said I did not know yet… I haven't gotten the chance to test it out yet and I would not know before the boat was delivered to me… Mitch said he could go down to the dock and get an update on the progress while we were at school and I asked if he could get me some more mono stones and some copper plates when he was out he nodded to me asked me to wright it down on a paper to him.
We eat breakfast since no one had anymore to request for us chatting like normal. When we were done eating Mia and I returned to the living room and packed our school bags Vicki came to me and asked if she could also join the trip. She explained that she was assigned by Frida to keep an eye on Mitch and Molly… I asked for the reason she was assigned, and Vicki said she was also a match maker who liked to dabble in the love life of others… and had tried to hitch them together but they seemed afraid that it would affect their duties… so they were waiting for a quieter time as Molly had said to Vicki…
I nodded and said she could come if the trip was going to happen… she bowed and thanked me as she left smiling… I finished packing the bag and walked back out to the living room. Mia sat there smiling on the sofa… she asked me if we really were going back home for winter break and I nodded and said that if the sailboat were delivered we would be going home for winter break. I explained that i had finished testing the block spell with Kelly's help and found out that the tiny mono rock infused with the block spell could carry around a ton so I could easily link the blocks together and make a flying ship.
She giggled happy and was smiling from ear to ear at me… I guess she miss home too… we started to walk to the front door, but Mitch stopped us and told us to use the back door leading straight inside the academy, so we did not have to travel out into the snow… we thanked him, and I handed him the note with the items I needed with some gold coins. He looked puzzled at the note but said he would get the items for me.
We walked to the back door and four guards were waiting for us as we walked to the back. The door lead into the dorm rooms and we saw some of our classmates look puzzled as we came out the door I guess they were used to us coming from the front door…
We walked to morning class and sat down. Leo sat down on a chair in the corner… I looked over at Mia who was smiling at me… Crap… I turned and saw Kelly enter the classroom with a lot of students following behind her… Double Crap… as Kelly started to guide them towards the back I saw she glanced at me a few times with a smile… Triple Crap… after the last of the students walked towards the back Kelly walked towards me smiling at me… she stops in front of me smiling wide at me… and handed over a pile of papers… I took the papers and stood up and walked up to the teachers desk…
I looked true the papers and after I was done I closed my eyes entering my Orb…
"Mamma nature…" as soon as I said her name she appeared in front of me…
"I know… the only one that have not signed is the teacher Leo and Kelly… and I know you are going to ask if it is a good idea to share it… it is your ide and your plans… you really know how to make a mother proud…" Mamma Nature hugged me and nuzzled me making me giggle…
"but this is my first time speaking to so many at once…" I looked worried at her…
"you can make a bomb that can wipe out half of my planet, but you cannot speak to a little room of people… just talk about it like you are explaining it to Mia…" she smiled at me and kissed my head holding me in her arms… the warmth and smell of nature calmed me down…
"how did you know I would fall for Mia…" I asked her looking up at her worried…
"a Mother knows these things… beside your souls where intertwined when you were born…" she stroke my head gently before hovering back…
"are you doing fine? No lies…" I look worried at her…
"yes dear. I am able to hold the Darkness at bay you still have plenty of time… there you go and make me proud again… break a leg as your saying goes…" she smiled and winked at me before disappearing… I exit my orb and open my eyes…
"two of you have not signed the patent law." I snap my finger in the air and made a to copies of the contract a pair from thin air making the audience gaps… it is just a simple copy spell using mana as building block to create the paper and ink…
Kelly walked up and looked true the pile of paper glancing up at the students… she stopped and looked at me confused… I handed her a contract and a pen… she blushed at me and signed it… I walked over to Leo who also signed it… the students giggled at us as I smiled at Kelly…
"how did you do that with the paper?" Kelly looked at me smiling at me…
"later… apparently I am holding a lecture that I did not know or prepared for…" I gestured her to sit down at my desk… she blushed and sat down at my desk whispering something to Mia…
"so how many of you are familiar with the mana generator spell and the mana storage spell." I smile to the class. Only a half of the class put their hand in the air… Mia, Kelly and Leo did as well…
"and how many can find a way to improve them?" I say looking and saw only Mia raise her hand in the air… I gestured to Mia to speak…
"um… if you mix another metal into the monolith stone and compress the metal together, it can store more depending the on the Metal…" Mia stated blushing…
"any objections?" I ask the class…
"but the monolith stone gets to crispy when you melt it. so, it is impossible to mix with metal." One of the students said… and the rest of the class nodded at his reply… I saw Mia looked embarrassed down at her desk…
"Headmistress… who is correct?" I asked…
"I am afraid Mia is incorrect…" Kelly said out loud. I turned to Leo and looked at him…
"I agree with Miss Kelly…" Leo stated…
"there is only one person in this room that is correct. Well two if I include myself… Mia is correct. Infusing metal into a monolith stone and compressing it in layers will increase the storage capacity…" I smile to Mia…
"that is impossible. The stone would become to crisp and would barely handle being picked up." Leo said out loud…
"anyone have a couple of stones on them?" I smile and walked over and picked up little piece of copper from my bag…
One student behind Kelly held out two stones in his hand towards me… I picked them up and got Kelly to verify that they were normal stones Leo walked over and checked too… he gave them back nodding at me… I placed the two stones in my hand and made them levitate in the air as I cast mono molder on them and started the infusing process… everybody looked stunned at the two stones hovering above my hand. the Mono stones heated up to 1295 degrees and I infused the melted copper into the mono stones, I made one a square block and one an oval shape.. I infused the square block with battery spell and the oval with generator spell... I cooled them gently down and made them land in my hand…
I gave it to Kelly to test. She just looked stunned at the two mono stones that have changed shape… she tested them and handed them back to me looking shocked…
"but that is… how did you do it…" Kelly asked stunned…
I gave the stones to Leo to test… and after he was done testing he looked pale handing the stones back to me… I gave it back to the student and thanked him for letting me borrow them… and walked up to the bord and typed 1290-1300 degrees…
"you can infuse metal into the monolith stones if you stay in that range of heat… less heat and you only heat up the stones… above 1300 and you make the stone boil, and it will suck a lot of oxygen into itself and become crisp…" I stated to the class as they looked shocked at me…
"do anyone know the important knowledge from this lecture?" I look around at the stunned class…
"the most terrifying thing to me right now as I look at all but one of you…" I said looking at the class paying attention to me…
"is that you stopped expanding your knowledge. You stopped questing if this is right… you stopped looking at magic like the wonder it is and started to look at it as a tool to help you light a fireplace or stack some rocks making a wall.." I looked at them firmly…
"b…but you are a prince…" one girl said loud…
"yes. your right! being a prince would hinder me… I have so many responsibilities. Meetings and ceremonies, and public appearance… your absolutely right… being a prince with all the responsibilities weighing on my shoulder I should absolutely not stop and ask the important question… if This Is Right…" I looked at the class go quiet…
"that should be your job… you should strive to make the world a better place… you should make wonderful magic… you should make beautiful art to sooth an aching hearth of the people being depressed in the winter night… you should make wonderful toys for children stuck inside being bored because they cannot risk going outside in the snow…" I put my hands down at the table smiling gently at them…
"you should make medicine for the sick… don't wait around for a spoiled prince to save your day… open your minds to the fact that I might be wrong… open your mind to search for the possibility that what you make… small or big. can in fact change the world… you are all brilliant in your own way… so start now… don't wait for a spoiled prince…" I smile at them and straighten myself up…
I saw Kelly started to clap… she had tears in her eyes… a little stunned I looked and saw a lot of students had tears in their eyes smiling at me as they started to applaud to me… Kelly walked up to me drying her eyes… and patted my back… I bowed and walked back to my desk…
"Thank you Prince Austin… that was an eye opener for me… and I hope it will make everyone think about why they are at school as we take winter break after self-study time… if you need to talk or have questions feel free to reach out to a teacher or come find me… class dismissed." Kelly smiled as the classroom filled with cheers and chattering… they started to move out of the classroom some did a small bow as they smiled to me. and some were thinking about something just following the crowd…
"show off…" Mia said smirking at me with proud eyes…
"too much?" I asked smiling awkward at her…
"No. they needed to hear that…" Kelly said smiling at me…
��sorry for putting you three on the spot like that…" I smiled awkward at Kelly and Leo…
"it is only fair after we put you on the spot… so what are you two doing in winter break?" Kelly smiled at us…
"after we get the Dome up and running I hope we will go back home for a little bit… how long do the winter break last?" I smiled and asked them…
"the winter break last for a month. Most of the students will go home and help their families gather wood or do other tasks… thank you for a wonderful lecture." Leo smiled at me…
"I talked to the king and we agreed on a spot behind the school for the dome. We have already sealed of the area and have farmers ready to plant the seeds. We can go there now if you are up for it." Kelly said smiling at me and handed me a letter with the kings seal on it…
I nodded as I opened the letter that stated what she had said… we followed her out of the school and around the back. There was a small gate that was open. As we walked out there was a big field filled with snow… Kelly asked if we needed to clear the snow, but I shake my head and explained that the Dome would do it for us… they stood back as I cast the Dome spell… the big circular shape filled the entire field with a transparent glass looking dome before it vanished…
I took out a mono stone and cast controller spell on it and linked it to the Dome… I gave it to Kelly and explained that it could give permission for people to enter and block them if needed. I explained that she could even deactivate the shield. But it once that was done the shield would be gone…
She nodded as I explained, and she even tried giving Leo permission to enter and we walked inside…
"it is cold inside…" Kelly looked at me worried…
"well, it is a larger Dome so it will take about an hour for it to heat up. But you can see it is already brighter inside." I smiled at them
Leo was stunned as he looked around… I checked the soil and programmed the dome to use more mana on the dirt to make it more fertile. It would convert the mana into fertilizer and use water to make it spread true the earth… i made sure the generators and batteries could handle the mana required… and after an hour it was starting to get warm inside. After I was sure everything was perfect I told Kelly that they could start planting when the top ground had warmed up.
Mia and I said our farewell and walked out with our guards in tow… they really followed us everywhere… in school they were out of sight but outside they sticked around like glue…
It was reassuring to have them around and we have gotten used to them… we walked back inside the school and meet Ida and Luke still working in the library I handed them a gold coin each and told them to take a rest from work as winter break was starting. i thanked them for their hard work and I looked forward to seeing them after winter break I told them that I wanted to hire them permanently for the patent office and that they and a selection from other kingdoms would be working together to keep the patent system running. They smiled and thanked us for the opportunity...
We said farewell to them and walked back to the villa using the dorm entrance… Mitch saw us come home and smiled to me and told us to follow him��� me and Mia looked confused at each other as we walked out the front door and to the Dome in the garden… Mitch smiled from ear to ear as he walked inside…
We walked after him and when I entered I saw a huge blue and white sailboat standing in the middle. the hull was made flat at the bottom and the mast was folded down resting backwards… as I walked around smiling and inspecting it I saw Mia looking at me with big eyes fiddling nervus with her hands… I smiled to her and nodded… she smiled wide to me and ran up and kissed me…
"so, we can really go visit back home…" she held her arms around me smiling happy…
"yes. we can go visit home… I might be done testing it today if everything goes good." I smiled to her…
She dug her face in my shoulder… she was shaking but she was giggling softly… I just looked awkward at Mitch…
"she probably want to show off her husband to her parents…" Mitch giggled at me…
I looked down and saw Mia blushing as she looked at me with big eyes and biting her lip…
"is that the reason you want to go home… to show me of to your parents?" I smirked at her blushing…
"it's not the only reason…" Mia said fiddling with my jacket…
"let me guess you want to tell Bella and Frank that we kissed?" I asked giggling at her…
Mia stopped fiddling and looked up at me smiling even more… Crap…
"can we?" Mia looked up at me with big shiny eyes and a little creepy but cute smile… she is scary when she is scheming…
I just rolled my eyes and sighed to her before kissing her on her head…
"so, what are we naming the boat… Evil Princess…" I smirked down at Mia…
"why not the Evil prince?" Mia pouted…
���no… hmm… dove… after my sweet wife." I smiled at her...
Mia blushed and hugged me… she really can be too cute when she gets embarrassed… I help her climb onboard… I followed and waved for Mitch to come too… he smiled and followed us. I remembered the design had a rope railing, but they changed it to a wooden one that I asked for.
The steering was in the middle aft and in front of it was a slope with a door on it leading down to the cabin it had a sitting group in the front with a wooden oven for heating and cooking. and a couple racks in the middle on both sides. The little racks had a sliding door made of wood for privacy. I walked to the left after walking down the ladder and opened the door. Inside was a small bedroom with a small desk and a chair. I walked inside and saw it had a small door that was open. It had a private toilet and a sink with a mirror. I walked out and Mia smiled at me and said there was a storage and a toilet pointing at the other side of the stairs…
I smiled and pointed for her to go past me and look in the room. Her eyes was full of adventure as she looked around… she walked inside the room and saw the bed. She ran and jumped at it face first… trust me this is not the first time she done that… when I got my own room at Terrentil she did the same thing… I could not help to giggle at her as she sat up in the bed…
She pouted at me for giggling at her, but I pointed at the private toilet to her… she smiled and jumped out of bed and looked around in awe… she stated out loud that this was her toilet… I just nodded smiling and walked back out to check the storage…
As I open the door I saw a bunk bed rack on my left and shelfs for storage on my right. There was a rack of bunk beds at the end with a door between them marked toilet… I walked over and checked out the toilet and it had a sink.
After checking out the storage and toilet I walked back out to the saloon. Mitch and Mia was sitting there talking and looking around. I saw Mia smile at me as I sat down.
"10 soul sailboat and it is spacious compared to how small it is." I said smiling at her.
"it is so cozy inside and it have toilets." Mia smiled and looks around…
"yes. I need to find a way for the toilets to work but I already have an idea. I just need a little time to get it to work." I smiled to them.
"I didn't see a water tank but there are water crane on the toilets?" Mitch asked looking at me.
"there is a storage underneath with a water tank. The hatch is hidden at the desk." I said smiling to him…
He was surprised there was more storage underneath the floors, but I told him that it was more of a crawl space then storage. We walked back outside, and Mitch handed me a bag with the items I asked for. Mia and Mitch walked back inside, and I started working on the sailboat…
I walked around the boat and infused mono blocks around the hull… I used 5 stones on each side and calculated that the sailboat weight about 5 tons… with 10 stones infused into the hull I figured it could carry around 10 tons and it was little overkill, but I want to be sure I did not have weight issues sailing in the skies…
I walked onboard and used Mono molder on the steering wheel and reshaped it into a joystick with up and down slider it had a magical display shoving how high it was. I even added a radar function on it, but I need to implement a system for it later…
I walked down to the private bedroom and slide the desk sideways to revile the hatch… I had asked the dockmaster to make a hidden room. And to make the desk slide… it is nice to have a little private area… underneath was enuf space for me to stand since still was not fully grown. I could not help to giggle at my luck…
I entered the Orb and created an empty space spell that destroyed everything that entered it into atoms and released it back into the world as normal atoms. It took a lot of safety features to make sure it would not take any living thing larger then bacteria or virus inside… I do not want to get sucked into that space…
Since I already had made a space spell I made one for personal storage… and it was surprisingly easy to make… just create a separate dimension and have it store the items inside. I made sure to add the safety features just in case… don't want to get stuck inside…
I made a water create spell that would pour out water until it was covered in it and had around 5 bar pressure to act as a dormant state, and would activate when pressure dropped…
I walked over to the wooden water tank and molded it so it would not leak and made a hatch that would seal and withstand pressure. I opened the hatch and infused a stone inside with a wire going out on top… yes I made sure to make it able to withstand the pressure as I infused the wire true the tank… don't want to flood the boat from the inside. I made generator and battery on top and sealed the tank before activating it. it filled the tank up and stopped when full… Nice…
There was a septic tank with an outlet to the bottom of the boat I fused the hole to fit the mono stone with the trash spell infused inn to it… yes… I know naming things right…
I did the same as the water tank and sealed it before activating it… I had filled a little bit of water and I could hear it worked fine…sweet… I made a couple of generators and batteries and placed them in the middle and hocked them up with the mono blocks… I was a little too eager because I had to manually land the sailboat back down on the ground from inside the cargo hold…
A little startled I walked up on deck and checked that I was still inside the dome… when I saw I only move a couple of inches I breathed relaxed out… it worked!
Giggling like a mad man I walked back inside to the cargo hold and run a wire inside the wall up to my desk. I infused a couple of control blocks into the desk and had it so I could control the ship from there if needed… I made a more advance screen that could use the mono block as sensors to give me a visual picture from the outside… awesome…
I run the wire up the wall and into the roof I walked up to the helm and connected the wire to the helm… then I walked to the front of the boat and infused a stone with a modified version of eco location vision I had in the front and ran a wire back to the helm…
I infused a stone with the cold to heat converter. And infused it into a copper plate from the bag. Then I fused it into the base of the helm with a wire running up to the control panel. I modified the display with a heat symbol and a plus and minus button and the amount of heat it would give off.
Suddenly I felt something grab my tail… the unpleasant shivering and creepy feeling flowed true my body like lightning… I flinched around and saw Mia was pouting at me but when my stern look turned around she looked frightened at me with big eyes and fell to her knees on the deck…
I relaxed when I saw it was her and with a worrying look I sat on my knees in front of her…
"I am sorry honey… I did not expect anyone to be here yet…" I said to her as she looked up at me a little scared with her big blue eyes…
"I…I am sorry I grabbed your tail…" Mia said looking sad at me…
"only you get the privilege of touching my tail. I just thought it was someone else that grabbed my tail… I really did not mean to scare you…" I said smiling a little worried at her…
She seemed happy at my words because she tossed herself in my arms with a happy and relaxed smile on her face… when she looked up I saw a tear on her cheek. I used my thumb to gently wipe it away…
"did I scare you that much…" I looked at her worried..
"um… a little… but I could not hold back my tears when you said that only I was allowed to touch your tail… does that mean you won't flirt with other girls?" Mia mumbled to me softly…
"why would I find another girl… beside I am married." I look at her confused…
"b…but some of the books I have read the married guy finds another girl…" Mia blushed and looked down ashamed…
"I am not them…" I stated lifting her chin to meet her eyes…
"for me, Marriage is sacred… it is not something to play with…" I said looking deep in her eyes with a little firm face…
"o…okey…" Mia blushed at me looking dazed…
"um… yes… sorry we startled you…" Mitch said looking a little awkward at us…
"you were out here so long I got worried…" Mia said pouting to me again…
I looked out of the barrier and saw it was getting late… I turned back and told them I lost track of time when I was working on the sailboat. Mia's eyes looked at me curious…
"yes. it is almost complete… I fixed the toilet issues and added water to it. I accidentally moved it a little when I activated the flying, but I worked everything out…" I smile to them and helped Mia up.
I turned back to the helm holding a mono stone. I shaped it to look like a key and linked it to the helm that it needed to be inserted into the keyhole to function. I added the safety feature that the key could not be removed while in the air...
I walked to the aft of the ship were the boarding stairs are and shaped the name "DOVE" into the hull… Mia and Mitch looked at my handywork… Mia was smiling at the name of the boat…
"after you Lovely Wife…" Mitch smirked at me…
"eh… yes. it would send the wrong signal if I had to name it Evil Prince…" I blushed scratching my cheek…
I walked back up on deck and inserted the key… the sailboat vibrated gently for a moment before it calmed down and gently hovered up a few inches above ground…
Mia and Mitch looked at me nervus when it started to shake but when I told them it was just the blocks that was synchronizing they relaxed a little…
"Ready to fly my dove?" I smiled at Mia…
"o…okey…" Mia said looking nervus at me and grabbed on to my jacked…
I took control of the helm and started to ascend up in the air… Mitch came and grabbed a hold of my jacket too looking worried… I smiled at him and started to fly forward…
The cold air flowed towards us, so I activated the heater…
I felt the cold air got replaced with a warm breeze as we flew forward… Mia looked at me amazed as she felt the warm wind…
I flew around for a little bit doing some turns and testing the up and down function… it was so smooth and calm that you could hardly tell we were flying… I speeded up and flew across the city wall and looked down on the speed gauge 75 miles per hour… Dang… I could still push it faster but from the airflow and the gentle vibration in the ship this was the cruising speed…
I slowed down and turned around going back to the city more slowly…
"how far is it to Terrentil?" I asked Mitch…
"um… tree days ride… that be around 450 to 500 Miles away…" Mitch looked at me curious
"then we can make the trip in about 6 hours…" I smiled at him…
"6 Hours!" Mitch looked at me stunned…
I smiled and nodded to him before turning to Mia and asked if she would like to try and fly… she was a reluctant at first but when I slowed way down she took the courage to try… I stood behind her and teach her the controls leaning over her shoulder… she was nervus, but she giggled as I accidentally brushed my cheek against her cheek… she calmed more down and glanced over at me blushing a little…
She flew around a little before stopping and handed back the controls… I asked Mitch to try and he smiled excited as i started to explain the controls to him… he learned fast and was flying around like a pro after a few moments… I asked him if he were comfortable for me to go downstairs to check how it was there when he was flying… he nodded a little worried, but I told him that if there was anything he could call me, and I would come up right away…
He nodded smiling at me more reassured. I walked down and Mia followed me. I checked the storage and toilets if there was any wind seeping true the hull, but everything was fine… I walked back to the front where the saloon was and checked… fine there as well…
I walked to the master bedroom and checked, and everything was fine. I slide the desk to the side reviling the hatch to the lower storage… as I walked down Mia looked worried at me… I told her she could stay there, and I would not take long… she nodded to me and I walked to the front of the storage… everything was fine… water tank and septic tank was doing good… batteries and generators was working normally… I walked back out and saw Mia smiled relieved as I came out smiling. I sat closed the hatch and sat the desk back. I turned around and saw Mia was biting her lip walking towards me… Crap…
She hugged me and kissed me for a long time… when she finely stopped I was stunned… she gently wiped my lips with her hand as I looked a little stunned at her… my hole body was warm as I looked at her blue eyes staring at me with a smile…
"I love you Austin…" Mia's cheeks turned pink…
She was about to take a step back… I put my arms around her waist and leaned towards her… she was a little stunned and blushed when I leaned slowly towards her looking in her blue eyes as I smiled… she stopped taking her step back and I felt she relaxed her body as I pulled her gently towards me… I kissed her gently on her lips as I held her firmly in my arms… I heard her breath softly as I stopped kissing her and looked into her eyes with a loving smile…
"I love you to Mia…" I said looking at her dazed eyes…
