Inventors system

As Leonard continued calmly advancing through the villa's corridors while talking to the bundle in his arms, he didn't notice a strange change of expression on the child's face each time he looked away. Unfortunately, the baby's resolve to act innocent broke the moment Leonard uttered his next words.

"... I mean, I get it. You might be a bit ugly and have some kind of weird condition, but still, what kind of person leaves a baby alone…"

Leonard wasn't able to even finish his sentence before enormous, spider-like legs sprouted from the baby's body, and one of its sharp ends was brought to his throat, drawing some blood as the baby quickly released its killing intent and anger.
