The way home was pretty long but all she wanted was walk. With Xander on her side who refused to let her walk alone they walked in silence. 

It was pretty disturbing that someone would not walk home alone without them worrying that someone bad would happen to them. I wondered what the people who raped people on the roads thought about before doing it. Did it not haunt them? People would always end up blaming the girl . They would say that maybe she wore clothes that were too short. Was that really a reason for someone to be raped. How did wearing that tell them you have a right to take advantage of me.

People were pretty misogynistic. Someone would do that just to teach you a lesson. Why just not tell them it's not okay to where revealing clothes like that. Did people really know what being raped did to someone? Most of the victims never recover from that.
