A girl had to first learn love from her father. If her father was not there to teach her then the chances that her romantic relationships would be tragic were higher.

Just like the person who was supposed to teach you how to ride a bike was your father. Everyone always expected someone to automatically know how to do this thing and to even ride a bike. 

Soffie did not know how to do this thing and she had thought it was pretty normal for everybody until she met with people who knew how to. At first, she had felt bad for not knowing because this was a right of passage that every kid went through.

She had tried to learn a couple of times when she was a kid but had failed miserably. If she could go back in time she would try until she learned how to do it.
