Tear-stained cheeks, my mascara was now an ugly smudge after being ruined with all the crying I had been doing for the past hour. I could not recognize myself as I looked through the mirror. The more I stared at myself the more the tears. I could hear them in the next room. Their moans enraged me and made me feel like throwing up. I retched but nothing came out. 

Disgust is what I felt.


My life had turned out to be a chaotic mess and I wondered what I had done to deserve all that. I was a good person or so I believed.

I smiled through the pain and thought to myself that everything was going to be okay. I did not believe that myself but I had to tell myself to keep going or I would be stuck in a loop with my past trying to set myself free...

DAWN.

They all said that you know a day is good in the morning or not I don't remember what the quote said.

When you fall in love with someone the first days are usually the best. They look like an angel in your eyes and no one can be better than them.

The Hobey moon stage. That was what it was called. Everything was all cute y'all wanted to be around each other and did not feel uncomfortable being in each other's state.

It was the best part of a relationship that I always tried to enjoy the most. You never knew how the good act was going to last.

It snots that I had trust issues or anything but I always told some lies when the relationship was starting so there was always a chance that my partner was lying too.

The same way I had asked guys I have dated before if they were violent and they said no but always ended up hitting me is something I would never understand.
