5. BIG 20

Another day in this dead hole.. its been a month and all I do is go to class, work and back home. I had to get an apartment close to school cause I can't deal with sharing a room with anyone.. still no friends, just I and Olivia trying our best to make the most out of it.

Its 6:30am, I am very much awake, probably cause I slept very early..

Beep!beep! My cellphone rang and i picked the call without checking who called.

"Hello!" a voice said.

Wow, I cant believe he is calling after snubbing me!!

"Hello" I responded

"You haven't been to work in a while, are you safe?" he asked.

"Well, I started college and it has been taking my time" I replied.

Oh! Yeah, Olivia mentioned something like that, sad i didn't hear it from you though." He said in a sad voice

"LOL, i didnt think you would care, sorry i didn't tell you. Well now you know!" I said

"I was thinking of hanging out with you tonight, i hope you are free." He concluded and ended the call.

"How rude! How can he drop the call like that... he didnt even wait for my response. Hmmmm, i have better things to do anyways. I miss him though, i guess seeing him won't hurt. Fuck! I need to plan my big 20. I can't believe I'm gonna be 20 in few days.

Mum and dad will be arriving soon, I hope they get me an early birthday gift.

Knock!!knock!!

I heard as i was about to check my Instagram,

"Coming!" I yelled, as i went on to open the door.

"Hey mum, hey dad!!" I said with all excitement....as i hugged them at the same time. " how was your trip?" I asked

"Very well baby" my dad replied

"How do you plan on celebrating your birthday dear?" My mum chipped in

"Your last year birthday was so lame, i hope you aren't planing on having just you and Olivia again" she said looking super worried..

"No mum!" I said feeling so embarrassed

"I met people in college, so i can share an invite for a house party" I said to burst her bubble.

"Yeah, that will be a better idea than the picnic idea you had with  Olivia " My mum said to get a reaction from me mum!

Wow!!! Really that's nice darling.  I and your dad will go to Mr Clove's house for dinner and crash the night at any 5 star." She concluded as she strolled into the living room to do God knows what .

"Alvita!!!!!!!!!!", Olivia called out "Get your ass in here." What is it now? I thought to myself, i went into her bedroom.

"Why are you yelling my name like a maniac?"

"Oh save it, have you started planning your 20 years birthday?"

"No."

"Are you for real right now?"

"Why would i plan my birthday?! That's your job."

"You are an ass."

"Whatever, that's your problem, plan my birthday and give me the bill, make sure its the best birthday party of the year."

"Fine, whatever, won't you get ready for school its already 7:00am."

"And so, what if i go late nothing will happen cause i can always bribe the principal and the lecturer except my Collins, that man is a pain in the neck a lot of the times." With that i went to my room to get ready for another day in college, i wonder why i have not made friends yet, afterall i am rich and very lovable, anyways that's not a problem, it would be nice not to have only Olivia as my friend.

I got to my room and in the shower i go, i took my bathe and changed into my expensive mini tight skirt and a peach colored top paired with a hot black high heels with straps, and my hand bag containing my books. i put on a light make up and a cologne because I'm not a fan of make up but i like looking good. Going to school isn't one of my hobbies but I've got no choice.

I did not prepare for the Statistics Text, but we moveeee....

Driving to school was so quiet,  my driver already took a break for the Christmas holiday,  so i have to drive myself to school. I cant wait to be on break too tho, the stress isnt just for me.

I got to the campus packing lot and realized someone already too my space, whats guts those this person have to park a pickup at my space. Wow!!! What is this world turning into, got a better palce to pack me car cause I am so not  ready for drama

"Olivia, you wont believe someone packed at my space. Like who those that!?" I complain to Olivia who I met at the entrance of the campus. 

No reply from Olivia! She was busy looking at God knows what.

I have classes throughout out today, heading home straight,  I gave her few invitations to handout to those worthy of my party.

" Please invite only those who are worthy,  I don't want nuisance at my party."

I still cant believe I'm gonna be 20. This is a u

huge step. I thought as I dashed into my first class.

I am so sorry it too me forever to update my character 5, I am really sorry.  I hope you understand that I have been really ill. And had do study for my online exams.

Chapter 6 will be better I promise,  its Alvita's 20th birthday.  Guess who is gonna surprise her in her birthday.. stay turned.
