Ryu's POV

"Sorry mom things got really crazy." I said

"It's fine, I like it when my son works hard." she replied

"I know you do. I'll be back before you know it." I said

We've been getting more reports of the angels appearing, Kishimoto and Lydia were able to deal with two whose names were Angel of Jealousy and Angel of Idols.

"Let's go Aragorn." I said

We teleported to this world that looked fine. We've gotten reports that there was an angel here because of some kind of war here.

"I'm going to guess this angel is going to be called Angel of War." said Aragorn

"Possibly but I don't think it is." I replied, "Something else."

We began to make our way to the battle that was raging and we watched from a cliff, the entire field that stretched so far was covered with soldiers fighting.

"I've never been to a big battle." said Aragorn

"Don't worry it's not fun." I said

"I know sir." he replied

"Now where is this guy?" I questioned

I looked around scanning as far as I could but I didn't notice anything.

"He's 600 meter away from you." said Thunder

'Straight ahead?'

"Straight ahead." replied Thunder, "He's going to kill everyone here."

"Stay here Aragorn." I said

I slowly stood up and got into a running position with my hands on the floor like how a track race would start. I let out a sigh but steam came out of my mouth and the dirt and pebbles on the ground under me began to circle around me as the wind picked up a bit.

I blasted off and I saw the angel so I punched him as gently as I could but he still went flying away so I used my lightning to teleport behind him and I caught him in my arms and flew down and slammed into the ground creating an explosion.

I got up to see the angel unconscious but this angel looked like he was wearing some kind of armor for its arms. I grabbed his body and teleported back to Aragorn who looked surprised to see me.

"Are you going to detain him?" asked Aragorn

I augmented the earth to cover the angel except for his head.

"Let's bring him to the MVA." I said

I used the mist and we teleported back in the MVA station where there were MVA agents waiting aiming their weapons at the angel.

"Let's bring him into the interrogation room." said Lydia

I nodded so I picked him up and we began to make our way towards the most secure interrogation room. I released the dirt and rocks around the angel and put him on this flat surface and lasers wrapped him, the lasers can cut through anything so if he moves then he dies.

But then several people wearing armor on their entire body entered the room. I've never seen them before and they looked pretty cool, they looked like robotic samurais with long giant guns clipped onto their backs.

"Who are they?" I whispered

"Oh right, they're called Seekers. They were formed a few years ago. Special Knights of earth prime who are capable of stealth missions." replied Lydia

'Wouldn't Aragorn want to be in that?'

"Why are they here?" I asked

"Just for security measures, they're just doing their jobs." replied Lydia

Aragorn looked at them with curiosity.

"Wouldn't Aragorn be the perfect candidate?" I asked

Lydia stayed silent for a few seconds then just shrugged.

'Okay then.'

I left the room and went into another room where there was a screen that showed the angel.

"I thought that was a window." I whispered

"It's not." replied Lydia

We all stood in front of the screen and watched as Demon entered the room but the Seekers seemed to get scared so they slightly fidgeted away. Demon looked at the Seekers and raised an eyebrow and they started trembling a bit.

"Seekers aren't supposed to show emotions." said Kishimoto

"That's, nice." I sighed

Demon approached the angel but then the angel started to move its head around.

"He's waking up, brain activity is working heart rate is steady." said the computer man

"Ahh, I finally meet you Demon." said the Angel

"Who are you?" asked Demon

"It's an honor to meet you, I've been waiting my entire life just to lay my eyes on you." said the angel

"Creep..." I whispered

Demon sighed and suddenly grabbed his head.

"What's she doing?" gasped Lydia

"Extracting everything in his brain." I replied

But Demon pulled her arm away and sighed.

"You're not the real version." said Demon

"I'm here, at the same time I'm not." said the angel

"What's your name?" asked Demon

"Angel of Death." said the angel

"Finally someone with a good name." said Kishimoto

I took out a cigarette and lit it and started smoking.

"What's your goal?" asked Demon

"I can't tell you that, not yet." said Death

That's when the Angel tilted his head and looked at me.

"Is he looking at me?" I asked

"That's not possible? There's no window." said Lydia

"Ryu Kim, there's a message my lord wanted me to relay to you." said Death

That's when my ear started ringing and it increasingly got louder. The ringing sent shock through my brain and I clutched my head in pain.

"Oi oi Ryu!" yelled Kishimoto

I suddenly opened my eyes and I was somewhere else.

"What the fuck." I gasped

I suddenly snapped back into my normal body and I gasped and I was on the floor.

"Ryu..." whispered Lydia

I clutched my head and groaned.

"What, happened." I asked

"Demon killed Death, but you were screaming in pain and your eyes rolled back and became completely white." said Aragorn, "Do you need treatment?"

"No I'm fine." I replied

That's when Demon barged into the room and helped me up.

"Are you okay?" she asked

"I'm fine." I replied

'What did you see?'

"I don't know, looked like some kind of earth with a giant block." said Thunder

"Ryu what happened?" asked Demon

I took a seat on the floor and took out a cigarette and started smoking.

"I, I was somewhere." I said, "I think it was some kind of earth."

"Describe it." said Demon

"It looked like I was standing on a block but a huge block. It looked like I was on the roof of a building but on top of me was another block but that also looked like another roof of a building." I said

Demon looked confused as I took a puff from my cigarette.

"I think I know where you're talking about." said Kishimoto

He approached the computer guy and took his place and began tapping on the floating screen.

"Is this what you saw?" asked Kishimoto as he showed me a picture on the screen

"Yea that's exactly what I saw." I replied

"Why did he show you this world?" questioned Kishimoto, "Was that all you saw?"

"Yea that's it." I replied

Kishimoto rubbed the back of his neck.

"There's nothing here, it's just an earth that got taken over by machines and humanity is barely even alive. The blocks you saw were just giant cities, there's barely any sign of green life." said Kishimoto, "I'm surprised there's even an earth that's alive with barely any trees."

"I'm going to go there." I said

"I'm going with you." said Demon

"No, I'm doing this by myself. I feel like he wants a private conversation with me." I said

Demon looked at me and nodded.

"Be careful." said Demon, "And whatever happens, retreat if you can't fight him."

"I will." I replied, "Let's go Thunder."

I teleported on the earth and I looked around to see a dark city. It wasn't like any city I've been to, this was like a complete machine earth. There was no road that just looked like floating blocks in the air but all clustered together, it looked so complex that I couldn't even describe it.

There was a gap between two blocks so I looked down to see a dark endless fall. It looked like a never ending valley so I just looked around.

"Is there any sign of life?" I asked

"There are throughout this world but I can sense more machines." said Thunder

I looked around and everything just looked destroyed in general. I began to walk around not really knowing where to go but Thunder guided me but it was hard to navigate through this damn complex block. That's until I got to this gap but there was a thin bridge. I began to cross but I saw some kind of lamp stand with a green line underneath it. I was about to cross but suddenly two spears hit the ground in front of me.

"Don't move!" yelled a voice

I looked up and I saw two metal heads holding guns aiming straight at me at the top of the entrance.

"Are they humans?" I asked

"I detect human life in them." said Thunder

"Then there shouldn't be a problem." I said

I took a step and the two soldiers fired more spears at me but I slowed time and blocked all of the spears.

"Don't take another step!" yelled more voices

I looked at the entrance and there were at least 9 soldiers but their helmets were off, well not off but their face part was off almost like how Iron Man's mask would show his face. But one man stood out, he had black hair and was wearing entirely black but he didn't look like he belonged to the group of people.

"Oi oi sorry but I think there's a misunderstanding." I said

'Why would he bring me here?'

"Who are you? Are you human?" asked an elderly

"Yes I'm human now calm down I think that'll be better." I said

"Are you a safeguard?" asked another man

"How can I prove that I'm not this safeguard?" I asked

"You know you should have avoided contact with them." said Thunder

'That's not who I am.'

"Cross the green line." said the elderly

I took a step and crossed the green line and looked around.

"Okay what's supposed to happen?" I asked

The others calmed down and the elderly approached me.

"So you are human, where are you from?" he asked

"From? Oh that's a good question well I don't know." I replied

"You don't know?" questioned the man

I nodded and took out another cigarette and lit it with my finger but that's when others suddenly aimed their guns at me.

"What's that?" asked the elderly

"Calm down, it's something." I said

"How did fire come out of your hand?" asked the elderly

I held out my hand and summoned fire out of it. Everyone gasped and looked at each other and began to back up.

"What are you?" asked the elderly

"Someone, let's just talk about this somewhere else." I said

"We're going on a mission, maybe you can help us." said the elderly

"Pops!" gasped a boy

"We don't know what he is but he can help us." said the elderly

"Uhh yeah sure." I replied

"I don't trust him." said another man

I crushed my cigarette and tossed it away.

'Why did you bring me here? Where are you?'

I looked around hoping to see something that'll give me a clue to why I'm here.

"Hey listen, are you going to help us or not?" asked the old man

"Wait wait give me a few seconds." I said, "Let me ask someone."

'Should I just leave?'

"It's your decision." said Thunder

'I need to find out why I'm here.'

"Then it's your call, choose wisely." said Thunder

I sighed and looked around.

'Maybe, maybe he's just watching until the perfect moment to show up.'

I scratched the back of my neck.

"Sure, I'll tag along." I said

The old man nodded and the others all shifted around but they closed their helmets, showing three circles on it which I guessed two were for the eyes while the third one was probably for scanning. Now that I look at them, they look like MVA Seekers, especially the leg gear.

I let them lead the way and the people around me kept looking at me but then my eyes caught something on the guy who was different from the others. He had a corpse on his back, but its eyes were glowing including its neck.

"That machine is alive." said Thunder

'I see.'

"You're not from this world." said the corpse

Everyone turned around and looked at me.

"Yea I'm not, I'll explain it on the way." I said
