CHAPTER 10: KATE'S FRENZY ATTACK AND PETER

Although Lydia was happy with how things were going but Alex wasn't happy at all instead he was angry at himself so he said to Lydia: "Although I know that losing control over yourself to gain power isn't high up on your list but I promise you that I will not control you in any way, and I am willing to do anything to have you forgive me."

Lydia: "Although I am not very happy about you having control over me I am happy about the fact that the control is in the hands of a person who I can put my complete trust in. Though you can do something for me that will make me forgive you."

Alex: "Anything I am willing to do any....thing" As Alex was finishing his sentence he got a mischievous feel from Lydia because of their bond so in the end his voice was filled with uncertainty. After finishing his sentence he looked at Lydia and said: "You know I can feel your mischievousness because of the bond don't you, and although I can hide them from you, you can't, so tell me what you are planning." This caused Lydia to blush because she had completely forgotten about that.

Lydia: "I want you to meet my mom, second, I want to meet your dad being introduced as your girlfriend, third, I want you to sleep at my house for a weak, and lastly today we aren't going to school and are going to spend some quality time together to get to know each other better."

Alex: "I am fine with the 1st and 2nd but are the 3rd and 4th compulsory."

Lydia acted as if going into contemplation then said: "Yeah and if you go back on your words I won't let you touch me and will spread rumours about you. Maybe even chop your little brother" she said with a scary glint in her eyes which sent a shiver down Alex's spine so he quickly nodded and promised himself not to make this woman angry. Although it would grow back he didn't want to take any chances.

After that Alex and Lydia went to bed and had a good night sleep.

NEXT MORNING

As Lydia and Alex wake up they kiss and then the first thing they do is take a bath and they do so together. And of course, they had a bit of fun. Then they decided to go shopping as Lydia needed new clothes after her transformation.

As they were on their way there Alex noticed that he needed to refill his fuel. As they stopped at the gas station, Lydia had her senses tingling and immediately knew that someone had died here, Alex got a scent of blood. Lydia said: "I am getting a sense of death here from what I am feeling it probably happened yesterday."

Alex: "So you smelt it too. Let's go check it out and stay behind me." he said as he left no chance of any argument. Lydia just nodded without saying anything. After following the scent of blood, they entered the bathroom. As they entered they came upon a dead body if it could even be called that anymore. The was all around the walls and the body or what remained of it was spread on the floor as it was in dozens of pieces. The body had claw marks all over it along with some teeth marks on its neck which clearly showed that the windpipes and vocal cords were ripped out along with several veins and arteries. Lydia nearly vomited upon seeing this. Alex could feel her discomfort so he asked her to go out but she decides to stay. As from what she has seen him do she is sure that his personality is the kind to be brutal with enemies and kind to friends.

Then he took a few pictures of the scene. Then he called the police and told them about what happened. He then called the pack along with Scott and Derek and told them what happened.

After seeing this Alex smelled around and he smelled a scent he had once smelled on Derek as they were returning from Mexico. Alex guessed who it was but just to be sure he decided to bring ask Lydia: "Hey Lydia have you ever smelled the scent of the attacker before." Lydia immediately started to smell around and a moment later turned to Scott and said: "Yeah I have smelled this scent before it belongs to Kate, the weird part is that I didn't have super smell at that time."

Alex: "About that my blood also makes a bit of a change to your memories. It keeps the same personality but if you run through your memories now you could easily bell what they smell like and from that scent you can tell the state of their mind like they were anxious, horny or scared etc."

Just as he finished saying this the police arrived and asked them about the murder. The police: "What happened here, I mean you saw anyone entering or leaving from the gas station."

Alex: "No sheriff, when we came in there was nothing here except a very faint scent of blood. Lydia and I decided to follow the faint scent and we ended up in the bathroom over there." The Sheriff just nodded at his reply he could already deduce that the killing was done a day ago as the blood had was now completely frozen he just asked as part of the procedure.

Alex and Lydia were about to go when they remembered that they still hadn't refuelled the bike. After refuelling it they went to Derek's house as they had decided to meet there. They enter to see that the pack is already there and is looking at them with a questioning gaze.

Malia: "Why did you call us all here and that too in an emergency." Everyone nodded to her question as they were all in school when he called them.

Alex and Lydia didn't say anything just showed them the pictures of the gruesome seen in the bathroom, it made even someone like Malia who had spent most of her life in the forest frown and made Stiles nearly vomit. Malia: "What did this."

Alex: "We believe it was done by Kate as the scent there was the same one Derek had on him when we returned from Mexico" Everyone just nodded their head and didn't say anything.

Alex: "Now I believe we should go to Peter and ask him for what she could want."

Scott: "No, why would you want us to go to that psychotic killer."

Alex: "Because he is the only one who could know what she is doing, as he is pretty brilliant from what you guys have told me and he also knew Kate at the same time."

Stiles: "We also know her, she is psychotic bitch obsessed with killing."

Derek: "No he is right, only I know what type of person she is better than Peter, but I don't share the same psychotic killer mind with them." Everyone just nodded their heads as they had nothing they could say to stop him.

Alex: "Now I want all of you to tell me which pack have you chosen mine or Scott's."

Scott: "About that, I have decided to join your pack along with the rest of them." He said with his head down as he finally found out the flaw in their no killing strategy.

Alex nodded his head and said: "Ok then all of you will need to be scratched by me. Everyone was confused so he said: "Well, a normal scratch will turn you all into a beta but my scratch would turn you all into Alphas, as I found out I am the King of Alphas and not a self-proclaimed one." The pack were shocked but then Scott asked: "Why would you want me to be bitten by you too, I am already an Alpha."

The rest of the pack too was bewildered by this: "Well the people I turn into Alphas are 3 times stronger than normal Alphas, and you guys are gonna need it the berserker I fought was 4 times stronger than you guys, so if Kate can make more of those than I think that you guys are in constant danger." They all agreed to it.

Alex: "Let me tell you another thing if I make you guys a part of the pack you guys will be eternally loyal to the Alpha of the pack, You could challenge the Alpha but other than that you won't be able to challenge the decisions of the Alpha. Unless you become the Alpha yourself." This caused all of them other than Malia to go into contemplation.

Malia: "I will do it, I have lived in the wild and I know how much of a difference just a little more strength makes, let's not talk about 3 times and in the wild, the Alphas decision was never challenged either if it was then it was challenged along with the position."

This caused everyone to come out of their contemplation and to an answer as this was a time where they could easily die even if they came across just one Berserker.

Scott: "Ok we will do this but you have to make sure you don't turn evil or do any of us any wrong."

Alex: "I promise I will do my best to not do anything bad or evil or do anything against you guys. And I think we should go to the forest first before I change you guys."

Then they went outside and he bit every one of them, then throughout an hour they slowly changed into Alphas. Every one of them had a special power. Kira could control lightning. Scott and Derek were strength-based were-wolves, Malia was a speed based and Stiles was an endurance-based werewolf.

Everyone was happy about it as they were even stronger in things they were based on like Scott was 3 times faster than a normal Alpha but was 4.5 times stronger than a normal Alpha, the same went for everyone else. Kira stayed a Kitsune but became an Alpha as well as had control over her shift and powers. She even skipped the 2nd tail and went directly to the third.

Now the pack was on their way to where Peter was. As they reached there, upon entering they saw Peter lying on a couch. Upon seeing them enter although he was surprised because he could feel the presence of an Alpha on all of them he retained a calm face and said: "What do we have here, never thought that you would visit little old me."

Alex: "We need your help."

Peter: "What would a pack of Alphas like your self need my help with."

Alex: "We need your help with figuring out what someone you turned by a scratch is planning."

Peter: "I never turned anyone other than Scott I tried to turn Lydia but turns out she is a Banshee."

Alex was shocked and angry at this but was able to keep his calm and then Peter continued: "And anyway, the claws have to go pretty deep to be turned by a scratch and the only one who I scratched enough to turn was..."

He then turned and looked at the pack which was looking at him with a smile on their face showing they were barely able to control themselves. He instantly knew who it was who was alive and also that this was what they felt like when they found out he was alive.

Peter: "Can anyone in this God-forsaken town stay dead."

Stiles: "At least you are one of those dead people, unlike for us any enemy of ours that dies comes back."

Peter: "Now I can officially say I know what you guys felt like."

Alex: "Let's get back to the topic, you donna help us or not."

Peter: "First tell me what did she do and why do you guys think she is up to something."

Alex then explained to Peter about Derek turning about 10 years younger and also about the guy that Kate killed. They also told him that it was partly just a feeling and partly because she is known to be a scheming bitch so whatever she does is for a purpose.

Peter immediately put the clues together and said: "I don't want to make you guys feel as if I am a narcissist but I think that my brilliant mind figured it out. According to what you guys said, Kate turned Derek to the age when he was around 15 to 16 years old right." Every one nodded. Peter: "Than she chopped a random person into pieces."

Everyone again nodded.

Peter: "I would love to help you guys but it has a price"

Alex: "Ok tell me what do you want."

Peter: "Tell me how all of you are now Alphas and from the fear, I am feeling from my instincts, you guys are stronger than normal Alphas and by a lot. If you guys can't tell me I can't help you."

Alex showed his deep red eyes and vanished from where he was standing, he then reappeared in front of Peter, then he quickly held Peter up by his neck and said: "I don't feel like you have a choice here but as I am a kind person and it won't really help you knowing about it I will tell you, I turned them into Alphas the people turned by me are not normal were-wolves instead they are Alphas. As I am the king of Alphas"

Peter hearing this said: "So you are the one who howled about a week ago." The pack was confused by what he just said.

Alex: "How do you know about it."

Peter: "When the king of Alphas is born and howls the whole world all the supernatural in the world hear it. I would like you to make me part of your pack. You don't have anything to lose. You and your pack have a bond so that they can't betray each other. I thought that it was only a myth but if it anything like I have heard then you have an extreme amount of power. And from what I can tell you don't know anything about it."

Alex: "Ok I will accept you as a part of my pack but don't even think about betraying us."

Peter: "Thank you, and I couldn't betray you guys even if I wanted to."

Then Alex bit Peter on his neck.

Peter: "Did you really need to bite me on my neck."

Alex: "No but I wanted to cause you a bit of pain."

Peter then started to feel a lot of pain all over his body all his bones were breaking and then fixing themselves over and over again. This finally stopped after 15 minutes.

Peter, "I don't think you needed to cause that little bit of pain."

Alex: "Ok, now let's get back to the point."

Peter: " Now let me tell you what I think
