CHAPTER 11: KATE ATTACKS

Peter: "Now let me tell you what I think. I think that she wants to enter our family vault and Derek was her key for that. Derek and Kate used to be a thing back in the day." This caused everyone to be puzzled as although the supernatural families such as the Hale were very rich the hunters were many times richer than these families and from what they could tell Kate was not one to care about money and if she wanted money she could go to Jarrard and although he was a hunter and psychopath he cared more about his family than these things.

Alex: "Why would she want to enter your family vault aren't the hunters richer and she could just rob a bank."

Peter: "That is where the second part of her killing the random person connects. What I could tell from the picture leads to the fact that she has no control over her shift. She is trying to enter the vault because she wants the Triskelion."

Hearing this Derek laughed which also didn't allow Peter to keep his stoic face and he started to laugh as well.

Alex: "Why, what does she want with that. And why are you guys laughing she is trying to steal something that is in your vault isn't it supposed to be special." This caused them to laugh even harder which made Alex angry so he smacked Peter on his head causing the later to fall and badly injure his head but it healed in a matter of seconds because of the super healing. Then Alex asked with a scary glint in his eyes: "Now why don't you tell me what it does and why are you guys laughing like madmen."

Peter felt a shiver down his spine so he hurriedly spoke: "Well that is not a real artefact it is a fake medallion, Talia used it to teach the young how to control their inner wolf but it was just a physical object they could believe in. It's like this we use an anchor to control our emotions indirectly controlling the wolf, but for that, you have to believe in the anchor. So this was all a trick. The real part of all this is the control of emotions. Let me tell you a fun fact that medallion had a made in china engraved on it's back. So all this planning was for nought."

This caused everyone to laugh out loud, so Alex asked during his laugh: "So, you are telling me she did all of this just so she could get a made in China medallion." Peter just nodded his head as he couldn't stop himself from laughing.

Alex: "Ok now back to the point, so where is your family vault because if she is here then that means she has found another way to go in. And if what you said is true, then it is still helpful for her as she believes in that medallion meaning that she could use that as an anchor. Oh and forgot to tell you something, she can make berserkers, so be ready for that and if any of you get a chance to put her down don't act on it she is a trained killer so be careful."

As the Pack reached the school they came to see that 8 berserkers were already there waiting for them."

The berserkers also noticed them and came running for them it was decided that every one of them will try to fight them while Alex and Lydia will be the ones finishing them off as they were the fastest and strongest of the pack.

Alex jumped forward with his hand in the air and just as he was close enough he slapped towards the head of the berserker which tried to dodge but was too slow and was slammed into the ground by the slap but even before that its head was ripped off its body because of the slap.

Then he went for the second one which was barely able to dodge Alex but the lower kick following that punch hit its leg breaking it. This caused it to fall down and as it was trying to get up Alex ripped its head off.

While this was happening the pack was watching in shock as Alex was fighting like someone who had gone through rigorous training all through his life.

A berserker had sneaked behind Alex but just as it was punched Alex, Alex was not on his previous spot instead he was again in the air but this time he kicked towards the berserker's head causing a clear snapping sound to spread throughout the area which caused the rest of them to wake up. They attacked the berserkers in groups of 2 while Lydia went for the third one.

Alex also helped them deal with the berserkers causing them to quickly meet their ends. Just as this ended they heard a roar coming from the other side of the school.

This caused Peter to say: "Oh no, let's go, guys, that was from the location of the vault."

This caused everyone to run towards the vault and they entered it to see Kate was lying on the ground dead. Peters eyes then quickly went to the locker and exactly what he thought had happened someone had stolen a 170 million dollars worth of bonds causing him to roar angrily. This puzzled the rest of them, then they looked towards the locker and quickly understood that someone had stolen the money.

Alex asked: "How much money was in the locker."

Peter: "170"

Stiles: "Thousand."

Peter: "Million"

Alex: "That's a lot of damage." (related to the meme)

Well, nothing we can do about it now.

Peter: "We'll there is something we could do. You don't think that a family of supernatural like ours would have some friends who could help us with this." Saying this he reached into the vault and brought out some phones than he went outside to make some calls.

Alex: "Ok guys now let's take care of the bodies."

While taking care of the bodies the pack had learned one thing which is that don't mess with Alex or else you won't even know what happened to you as they could see that the bodies hit by Alex had their bones completely decimated.

After this, they continued their school life when two new kids joined the school.

Alex and the pack immediately noticed that they had a dense air of murderous aura around them. The next day the kids were absent from school and never to be seen again as they had been taken care of by the pack. Although they were not killed they were badly hurt so that they never even thought about returning to town.

As time passed more and more killers started to appear. They were also being continuously hunted by the pack. They would then be judged by Alex using the memories Peter extracted from them using the Hale family technique.

One hunter had escaped from their eyes and he hunted a family of Wendigos but one of them escaped and reached the hospital.

On the other side, Scott and Stiles were worrying about their positions on the team because as it turns out Alex was after the position of team captain and he was better at it than Scott and Stiles. He was many times better at everything. From having great stamina, keeping, or shooting the ball in the net and he had a huge built making him a great stopper. What shocked them was that the new kind Liam was also great at the game so much so that seeming supernatural making Scott and Stiles hurt him hoping to find out if he is supernatural or not but not thinking what would happen if he is not supernatural.

As the Wendigo was admitted into the hospital, Alex and Lydia were at his house as Lydia was getting a huge wave of death energy from there. When they went in they saw that nothing was amiss. Alex then found a hidden door just below the stairs but as he was about to open it the new deputy appeared behind them and said: "Stop this is a crime scene as well as private property." This caused them to stop.

Alex looked behind him and saw the deputy then he smirked and went close to the deputy to get a better scent. He then turned to Lydia and said: "He has a different scent do you know what he is."

Lydia then focused her Banshee powers on the deputy and said to Alex: "He is a being from hell or more importantly a hell hound but it seems he hasn't awakened it yet."

Alex then told the deputy: "We are here because there are dead bodies supposed to be present here. Let me introduce myself I am Alex and this is my girlfriend Lydia. And if you know about the previous dead cases in town then you should know about her."

Deputy: "I am Parrish and Yes I do know about her, she is always present at places where people have been brutally murdered. Are you guys psychic or something?"

Alex looked at Lydia and said in a whisper, what are the feelings you are getting from him. Can he be trusted?"

Lydia whispered back: "Yes he can from what I can tell he is a nice guy and can be trusted." All of this was inaudible for the deputy.

Parrish: "What are you guys talking about so secretly." He got no reply In return instead Alex and Lydia looked at him with their eyes glowing. As Parrish was about to run he was stopped by Alex, Alex then said radiating a trusting atmosphere: "You don't need to run we won't hurt you. Instead, we will help you find your true self." Parrish calmed down because of this feeling and he asked: "What are you guys talking about, and what are you guys and what is going on."

Alex: "You need to relax. We will tell you everything you need to know." They then explained to Parrish all about the supernatural and what they were. Parrish was relatively calm about what was going on causing Alex to ask: "Why are you so calm it's like you already knew about all this."

Parrish: "I have met a supernatural before in my life. I own it to him that I am even alive right now. And the second thing which didn't really contribute a lot is that I don't even feel hot even if I am standing in the fire and also the fact that I don't like water."

Alex: "So what do you think do you want to become a part of the pack or not"

Parrish: "I don't have anywhere else to go and if I do go somewhere I can't be sure what kind of people they are, but I feel like you guys are good people. But if I want to leave the pack then can I?"

Alex: "Good choice because from what I have read, hell hounds are strong so if people find out than they are either going to make you join them or if you don't they will kill you."

Alex then went and bit into Parrishes shoulder.

Parrish than started to scream as his bones started to break and fix themselves this time it continued for about 45 minutes as both his hell hound side was awakening and merging with the werewolf side at the same time. After Parrish awakens he looks at Alex and said: "A heads up about the pain would have been fantastic."

Alex: "Let not sweat about the small things."

Parrish thought in his mind: 'Small things, that hurt like hell if you would have told me about then first then I would have rather died.'

Alex then went ahead and opened the hidden door. Parrish looked at him surprised: "Even after my transformation I couldn't even feel it while on the other hand, you were even able to tell how it will open. I can clearly feel my instincts telling me that you are dangerous but how much is....." He stopped talking as he suddenly felt a strong stench of blood enter his nose and as they entered the hidden room they came upon bodies of several dead people hanging off the ceiling. they were covered in a plastic wrapping and the room had a freezing temperature.

Alex immediately joined the lines and said: "You know about the hunters and mercenaries I was talking about ends up the one who killed him was a hunter. And call the Sheriff and ask him to make an excuse but do all he can to get the boy under extra security."

Lydia: "Why should we do that isn't it clear from this that his family is made of man-eaters."

Alex: "It is so that the different officers around him can keep a check on each other, so that stay safe. Also, tell him about them being Wendigos. They are a supernatural which has to eat people or any kind of intellectual species to stay alive."

Parrish: "Than doesn't it mean that it isn't their fault."

Alex: "That would be true in normal cases but all these people that are hunted are innocents you can tell from the scents around these people."
