Chapter 19 Nick Fury
Rhodes and Tony calmed down after hearing Arthur. Arthur looked to Rhodes
" James you take that armor. I know you are keeping pressure from military for Tony. But it's okay to us to send one of Tony's armor. You are our friend."
Rhodes looked grateful
" Thanks Arthur. I am going then."
Tony wanted to say something but Arthur interrupts him
" Tony it's okay. James is our friend. He won't do unnecessary things."
Tony nodded. Arthur saw Pepper
" Pepper I am taking away this fool to repent on himself."
Arthur grabbed Tony who was still in daze. He called Alfred
" Alfred reserve one room in near hotel."
" I understand sir."
Arthur said good bye to Pepper. He knocked out Tony.
Next day
Tony was still in his armor. He was eating cheese burger in the big donuts. One black man and red haired beauty came toward him.
" Hey won't you come down and talk with us."
Black man shouted
" Sorry. I am waiting for Arthur here. He is reprimanded me."
At this moment Arthur walked out from fast food restaurant. He saw Fury and Natasha
" Tony get down. Long time no see Director Fury."
Tony flew down
" Man I thought you will never get me down from that place."
" Shut up. What have you done yesterday, I still didn't forget about that."
Tony scratches his head embarrassingly
" I am so sorry."
Arthur yawned
" Fury let's go in and eat something."
Fury nodded he went in. They ordered their foods. Tony looked to Natasha
" So you are with him."
" Agent Romanoff is our top tier agent. She is our monitor for you."
Tony frowned
" You are fired."
Natasha helplessly shrugs her shoulders
" It's up to you."
Arthur on the other side
" If Miss Romanoff is interested, I would like you to work as my work assistant in put company."
Arthur appreciates her talent so he decided to dig Tony's corner
" Hey I am sitting here. Stop that Arthur."
Tony complains
" Mr.Frost it's honor to agent Romanoff work with you."
Fury really wanted to work with this guy. Fury thinks it's very beneficial to S.H.I.E.L.D work with Arthur unless U.S government mess up with him.
Arthur nodded
" I will give you 2 percent permanent sale. So with previous deal it means it would upto 12 percent. You know what it means."
Fury nodded. He knew Future consortium and Stark industries are giants in their respective industries. Specially Future consortium's terrifying power. Even U.S government could not openly deal with it. Fury thinks money isn't problem for S.H.I.E.L.D but the cooperation with other agencies. Other agencies are glaring them like prey and world security council members don't think it's problem. However once S.H.I.E.L.D is vulnerable other agencies and organizations won't sit still. S.H.I.E.L.D's dissolution would be imminent, working with two big companies will save effort for them. So Fury is really happy to agree with this cooperation.
Fury stretches his hand
" Happy cooperation."
Arthur shakes his hand
" Happy cooperation."
Tony saw this is his money opportunity. It's really expensive to create one armor. So he is also happy. He thinks working with Arthur is the one of the most wise decisions he made. After all one person can't swallow this big business.
" So Mr.Frost when will I work?"
" After Hammer expo. I want to see what will that guy do?"
Natasha immediately understood his meaning
" I understand."
Fury looked to Tony.
" It seems you don't have enough time."
Tony smiled bitterly
" You know."
" Who do you think am I? I can find your secret easily. "
" So what do you want from me?"
Fury eats his burger
" Nothing. I wanted to give you something from your father."
" That man was too cold to leave me something."
" Don't say that. He was honest person who loved you."
" It doesn't matter."
" I delivered it to your office. If you are interested, you can have that."
After saying that Fury left
" Arthur do you think it's okay?"
" Let's get it."
Two of them left the restaurant.
" Pepper is there any packages for me."
" Yes. There is something for you."
" Okay. I am gonna pick that up."
Tony drove his car with Arthur.
