Chapter 32 Trial
Irelia finished her work. Arthur thanked her
" Thank you."
Irelia smiled
" This is what I should do."
Arthur smiled
" You will make a great ruler and wife."
Irelia blushed
" Nonsense. If weren't you, we would have lost."
Arthur looked to her
" Well we all fought against Noxus so it is our victory."
Irelia asked with concern
" But do you think Noxus will keep it's promise."
Arthur nodded
" I believe in Darius. He is a sensible man. However I am worried about their emperor."
Irelia frowned
" Do you think he will attack us again?"
Arthur nodded
" Maybe. We have to be careful."
Irelia nodded
" I understand. I won't make a mistake like this again."
Arthur touched his bandage
" I will stay here for a week."
Irelia smiled
" Take your time, we always welcome you here."
1 week later
Arthur took off his bandage. He stretches his body.
" Huuu, I feel better now."
He went out from his tent. He saw Ionian champions were standing there. They had various expressions. Arthur smiled
" Why so sad? It is not like I am never gonna return here."
Irelia gave her dagger to Arthur
" This is our token. Please be safe."
All champions smiled, Arthur smiled brightly
" You too guys. I will be back."
He opened his portal. Arthur gestures
" Goodbye."
He stepped into his portal and disappeared.
Ahri looked to where he was
" He is gone,Irelia."
Irelia smiled
" But someday we will meet him again."
In Yordle base
Lulu was delighted to see Arthur. She immediately asked
" Arthur do you have any gift for me?"
Arthur laughed
" Of course. Here I wrote your name on it, give these to others."
Lulu jumped happily
" I know Arthur is my best friend."
Arthur looked to her. Lulu ran to others as she sang.
" You always gave her a gift. Isn't that too much?"
Arthur looked back
" Tristana you scared me."
Tristana rolled her eyes
" Liar. Are you ready now?"
Arthur banged his chest
" I am ready."
Tristana said seriously
" You might lose your life, you know."
Arthur shakes his head
" I know but I have to try."
Tristana nodded
" Good then. Let's leave now."
Arthur was puzzled
" Now?"
Tristana turned around
" What do you think, we will leave now."
Arthur groans
" Alright."
He silently followed Tristana.
10 minutes later
Arthur stood in front of giant mountain. Tristana pointed to peak.
" That is the peak. Honestly are you really willing to go there?"
Arthur took a deep breath
" I am."
Tristana sighed
" Leona and Diana will take you from here."
Boom*
Leona came. Her red hair is gorgeous under the sun. She looked around
" It seems she isn't here."
Cold voice came out
" Who said I am not here?"
Diana came out from shadow. Tristana nodded
" Then I am leaving Arthur. Good luck to you."
Arthur nodded
" Goodbye Tristana."
Tristana waved to Arthur as she left.
Leona looked to Arthur
" We will accompany you to till gate of sun."
Diana also looked to Arthur
" Your trial begins from now. You have to be careful."
Arthur smiled
" Rest assured. I will definitely reach to the top."
1 hour later
Honestly Arthur little regretted about his words. Because this mountain is hard to climb. As for Leona and Diana, they walked like it was nothing. Arthur seriously suspected that they are using magic. However reality was cruel, their bodies were strengthened under the blessing of the mountain. Because of this Arthur was struggling to keep up with them.
Leona pointed to the gate like ruins.
" From now on you have to go alone."
Arthur thanked them.
Diana looked to Arthur with concern
" Arthur, I have an advice for you. No matter what happens don't give up. If you give up, everything will be over."
Arthur nodded solemnly
" I understand."
He walked to gates. Leona looked to Diana
" I won't fight against you today."
Diana snorted
" Such a radical words. Remember whose fault is this."
She left after saying that. Leona silently left after looking to Arthur's direction.
3 days later
Arthur is climbing to the peak. In this mountain he saw a lot of this that can't be explained by science. Such as parallel universes even he can't explain. He saw many scenes that happened in future and past. Arthur sighed
" Who knows that I won't be in any timeline except this. As expected I am a mutant and alien in this world. However all these scenes happened in different universe. There is no guarantee they will happen here. All I have to do is walk there."
