Chapter 164 The red dragon

Riser couldn't say anything. Lord Phenex's face turned blue.

He slapped Riser. He shouted.

" You dishonored our family and devil's tradition."

Riser wanted to say something, but he swallowed his words back. Arthur's gaze softened a little. After all, he avoids spilling blood all the time. Madam Phenex bowed to Arthur. Her voice filled with sincerity.

Arthur waved his hand. He said lightly.

Madam Phenex sighed with relief when she heard this. She looked at Lord Phenex with hesitation. Lord Phenex pulled up Riser who was beaten into a pig like existence. Riser mumbled something in his mouth. Lord Phenex didn't care to him at all. He threw him to Raven.

" Heal him."

Raven looked at his brother with a pitying look.

A few minutes later.

Arthur sat down on the couch. He was sitting with Lord Phenex, Lord Gremory and Sir Zechs. Sir Zechs coughed.

" Duel start."

Issei took a battle stance. His hand shined with a bright red light. This attracted high-level devils. Sir Zechs said with amusement.

Lord Gremory also showed his interest. As for Lord Phenex, his face wasn't good. He slightly wrinkled his forehead.

Riser looked at Issei with an arrogant attire. He said proudly.

" You insect, dare to challenge me?"

Issei didn't say anything. He solely focused on Riser's body.

He disappeared next moment. Riser immediately felt danger. He flew up to the sky.

The ground was cracked with Issei's sheer strength. Issei looked at him. He clicked his tongue.

Riser snorted at his remark. He gathered a giant flame ball and threw it to him. Issei didn't his expression.

Boom*

The flame engulfed him. Rias's face changed when she saw this. She said loudly.

" Stop, he is hurt."

Akeno blocked her. She whispered.

" Rias, look. They didn't leave their seats."

Rias looked at the highest seats. Arthur and others were still sitting there. She was surprised to see their calmness.

Swoosh*

Suddenly, a red figure came out. It was shining with a bright-green light.

" Boost, boost, boost."

Issei rose from the ground.

He directly jumped to Riser. Riser said with an unbelieving look.

" You must be joking. What kind of monster are you?"

Issei said with indifference.

" I am not a monster. I am just a trainee."

He punched Riser's face. Riser groaned. He grabbed Issei's hand and threw him down. However, Issei used an unexpected method. He splashed water like thing on his face.

Riser felt burning pain. He immediately lost his control. Issei used this chance to exploit him. He hugged him from the back and fell down.

Boom*

Riser and Issei hit the ground same time. Riser coughed blood.

Rumble*

He slowly got up. He wiped the blood from his mouth.

" You! How can you use holy water?"

Issei pointed at his arm and said lightly.

" Because I sold my arm to get stronger."

Riser sucked a cold breath. He said with anger.

" You lunatic. I must kill you before you trouble me."

Issei snorted. He knew Riser was bluffing because he was afraid of Arthur. Issei shouted.

" Ddraig, give me more power."

Issei's armor cried out.

" Boost, boost, boost."

Issei's chest glowed brightly. Riser didn't give him a chance. He said coldly.

" Oh no, you don't. Phoenix flame."

Issei said loudly.

" Boosted flare."

Bang*

Two energies collided together. Surprisingly, Issei's energy overwhelmed Riser's flame. Riser shouted.

" I don't believe."
