Chapter 227 On the way

Samira grabbed her pistol and aimed at his thigh.

Bang*

She mercilessly fired her gun. The leader's veins popped due to the pain. He gnashed his teeth and said viciously.

" I will never betray from my people. This is my oath."

Samira didn't drag on anymore. She locked his head and said coldly.

" Then go to the hell. I don't have enough patience for this nonsense."

She killed him easily. She picked up the vice leader. She pushed her gun to his forehead. The vice leader said quickly.

" Wait, I know the answer. He is a former officer and he used his connections in the army."

Samira clicked her tongue when she heard this.

" It appears I have one more job to do."

She shot again. She didn't show any expression as blood got on her face. Arthur sighed when he saw this. He predicted this outcome since long time ago because Noxians aren't afraid of the blood on their hand. They regarded this as glory and this even applies to pacifists. Their core belief was somehow didn't change.

" Let me handle the rest."

Samira nodded as she pulled her gun back. She inserted her gun to her belt.

Arthur looked at remaining bandits and said lightly.

" I will show gentle yet cruel deaths."

The bandits shivered when they heard this. They felt chill alll over their bodies.

Suddenly, a black hand grabbed one of the bandits. It twisted his arm to unrecognizable form. The bandit screamed with pain. However, when he saw the hand owner, he froze. She was a woman whom he raped at first. He extended his hand to Arthur.

" Please, kill me."

Arthur turned around and went into the car. Samira looked at his back with a deep look. She then looked at the bandits as they scream.

" What kind of monster is he?"

She closed the door.

A week later.

They have finally arrived to the capital city. Arthur got out from his car and stretched his body. Zoe copied his movements. She said with interest.

" Is this Noxus? Wow, the air is really bad here. I smell smoke."

Arthur laughed. He was used to this kind of place.

" You will see more interesting things in the future. Humans are pretty interesting."

Zoe giggled. She took out her favorite book.

" Can I see him too? I am his biggest fan."

Arthur saw a youth on the cover. He said calmly.

" Perhaps, we can't tell our destiny. Ezreal, is it? I will remember his name."

Zoe nodded. Vision and Samira finally got out from the car. Samira asked

" When will you give this to me?"

Arthur clicked his tongue as he tossed his keys to her.

" This is my token. Don't lose it to the others. You are an unreliable person."

Samira laughed as she got the key. She pushed it to her pocket and waved her hand.

" Then we will meet again."

She hastily went to the guild. Vision carefully watched her back. He asked with indifference.

" Is it alright to give it to her? This technology is too advanced for this world."

Arthur waved his hand. He smiled deeply.

" Don't worry, she won't give it to the military because she knows my intentions. Also, I have installed a self destruction device. It should protect our secret in case of any unnecessary problems."

Vision nodded. He scanned around him with vigilance.

" They are watching us. Should we go as we planned?"

Arthur nodded. He pointed to the high platform.

" Yes. We will directly go to the Piltover now."

Zoe hummed when she heard this.

In the central castle of Noxus.

Swain raised his glass as he sipped his wine. Darius said lightly.

" You are calm today. What happened?"

Swain gazed at the port. He said lightly.

" We have interesting guests today. Samira had told you that, right?"

Darius raised his eyebrows. He frowned as he sit down on the chair.

" You mean those mysterious figures? Shall I meet them?"

Swain shook his head. He put down his glass and said seriously.

" We can't. If they turn their backs to us, the balance will be broken. I don't want any civil wars in this country."

Darius snorted coldly.

" We should exterminate remaining old nobles. They are hindrance to us."
